Location perfect for our needs. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit was great and having our own courtyard with barbecue and deck chairs/ table was an unexpected bonus. Kitchen allowed us flexibility, table allowed for card games

Overall the suite needed a deep clean and we did not feel very comfortable. The ffrig and stove were clean but the breakfast bar had food in the joint. The taps in the bathroom were very old and did not appear clean (maybe calcium deposit). The toilet roll holder was broken. The doors had dust on the ledges of the panels. We put our own blanket over the couch as it looked grubby. The corners in the bathroom were dusty.
We don't complain without good reason, and are not blaming the cleaning staff as they are very nice people.
Over all we feel the cleaning crew have far too many suites to clean to do a thorough job other than the basics and it shows.
The suite needs a thorough deep clean .
At the start of the summer season you expect the place to be clean. We dread to think what it will be like in September.
We paid $691 for 4 nights and expected to feel comfortable. We weren't expecting the Ritz but we did expect a clean place to stay.

Location is fantastic, have stayed here before. Very clean.
Room was booked next to longterm tenants, and the bed was VERY uncomfortable.

Walking distances to restaurants and breweries. Very clean and close to the beach. Very clean and tidy, will return and recommend.

Staff was nice. Location was good
Everything. Horrible room size, horrible beds, horrible living room. Set up. Clean your own dishes... I don't like that someone could of had their kid clean dishes and then I use. Old everything. Just needs an overhaul in every way.

Right across from the lake, close to all amenities. Had kitchenette. Comfy beds.
No coffee table. Blinds didn't keep light out very well.

The front desk clerk was friendly and very accommodating with our request about room style and location. The bed was really comfortable.
The window coverings could use an upgrade, they let in too much light at night.

great location! right across from the beach and walking distance to a pretty Main Street
my only request would be new window coverings. the bedroom blinds didn’t block out the morning light and the gaps in between slats didn’t feel private from guests walking past my room

Very nice location. Close to channel and walking distance
Beach across the street. Organic grocers are a 15 minute walk. Kitchenette set-up well done and roomy. Many utensils to cook with.
Again Staff very helpful. No complains.😊👍
Great place but for the price and location it wouldn't hurt to fix the broken blinds and paint up the bathroom ceiling.
Difficult to have any privacy when the blinds are not working. Plus the fact that it was 31 degrees and we were trying to keep the room cool.

It was the Ironman weekend. So lots of people and I could hear people up early the one morning above me.. I could also hear the neighbours early in the morning. Not a problem though.
But a little costly for the "simpleness" of the room and property.
It was fine. TV was small to watch from the couch, but I wasn't there for that in any case. A little noisy.

great location loved having a full kitchen private deck and the big soaker tub in the one bedroom was an added bonus

I was in a queen studio for just one night. Clean, and good value, for being across the street from the lake. Looks like a nice pool, suitable for length swimming, but the weather was too chilly for me. Staff was pleasant. I was able to complete the check-in process on arrival at noon, leave my car and pick up the room key later in the afternoon.

We enjoyed our 2 night getaway. Comfortable bed, good water pressure for shower and tub, easy check-in and out. Everyone kind and helpful. Easy to walk to restaurants, steps away from beach and a few minutes from the lovely historical downtown.
