Location convenient and patio access to vehicle great. Carpet and room needs to be bombed for fleas!

Fleas jumping on my legs whenever I walked on carpet. My poor dog had to be treated next day for fleas. Traveled cross country from California and ONLY location with flea problems!

Passable for one night but was scared of bedbugs but luckily there were none

Location and the room had a fridge and a micro wave

The carpet is dirty, the desk chair all ripped and old, curtains are old , bathtub floor rusted

I did like the friendly front desk staff when I checked in, she was very pleasant

Very disapointed the pool was not open for the second year in a row, we are return customers for Lacrosse Provoncilas every year. I had 4 rooms booked based on a pool for the kids so was very unhappy to find it closed Carpets were very stained, rooms felt damp, window had no screen so I could get fresh air without bugs coming in The breakfst was Meh, no eggs, limited options, but hte re was cut up hot dogs and beans??

location close to go-train. room very clean and comfortable.

You couldn’t pay me to stay there ever again.

The location wasn’t bad

The breakfast was horrible. The AC in the room we were given leaked water all over the floor. The entire first floor rooms and hallways smelled like pot. The pool has been out of commission since April. It wasn’t worth the money we paid for at all. We didn’t even have a plug for our bathtub! And when we went to the front desk to get one, she handed me a box, and I had to assemble the bathtub plug myself

Horrible, pool doesn't work, the patio door does not lock, a piece of wood holds it shut.

I booked a hotel with a pool, The hotel pool has not been operational for some time. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. The rooms are old, the air/heat does not work well and we were up all night long listening to the heating kick on and off all night long. The patio door does not lock, instead a piece of wood holds it closed.

That we were lied to when we booked. This hotel pool is not operational and has not been for sometime. Stating it has a pool is definitely false advertising.

Almost as it used to be

The price and location ars really good for my purposes

The only thing that I disliked was since covid all hotels as well as this one no longer have what call a good breakfast. They used to always had scrambled eggs now all hotels have pre-made egg paddies and limited of a few different items. My favorite item was always a eggs as I can know longer have soy thing gluten it limits my choices

Very very cheap... You really get what you pay for

The shower was really hot and I was able to park my car by my sliding door, making load out and check out smooth.

Fruit flies in the bathroom Beat up furniture with sticky stains on the night tables Room overall felt like a dirty space altogether. Breakfast....was warm and quiet....but thats it Staff are very unfriendly, except the morning front desk lady. She was very sweet. But check in and food staff....look miserable. Terrible parking lot

It was okay

The location and rice were great thats why we keep coming back.

The pool was closed and has been for months but it was not indicated by the sign in the front at the road or on the website. Kids have been disappointed many times now. Found some stains on one set of sheets

curtains ripped. cost of pet charge. ridiculous charge $50 for a 5 lb dog for one night.
