disappointing. Won't stay there again.

Hotel carpet in my room was torn. Shower dripping. Toilet running. Asked for a different room and was denied. No coffee in lobby.

Excellent food and friendly staff. Family oriented. Dirty rooms

Our child got to eat for free if the parents paid. The staff was super friendly. The bar hostess and breakfast ladies were exceptional. The little shampoos and soaps were adequate and a great brand. The food was 5 star.

Bathtub had someone else hair and the bed skirts were extremely dirty, muddy and stained. The bedside lamp was not working . A deposit of $500 was extreme. The pool and hot tub water looked extremely dirty.

If there was construction on premises, why not inform ahead while booking...than later during checkin.

Worst hotel on the planet!

The staff at breakfast were exceptional. Alway friendly and excellent service

Property undergoing maintenance that we were not notified about. Apparently we had to read the website. Only 1 lift working and then the working life broke down and my 86yr mum was trapped in the 6th floor. We waited 2hrs with no communication of the repair and then she had to walk down 6 floors. We requested a room with a walk in shower for my mother. Booking.com and the hotel did not even bother to communicate to us if we were allocated such a room. When discussing with GM who was very rude and aggressive. Suggested that the lift was fixed )at a much later time) when I mentioned bbqmy mother was trapped. Sales manager offered use free breakfast but apparently we needed to pay for the first nights breakfast with no refund of that. According to GM we had received too much discount. GM Moaned about giving 15% to booking.com also did not even apologise to my mother who was sitting there about having to be trapped and having to walk down 6 floors.

Very run down. There were no menus or guides in the room to assist with making plans. Pool could only accommodate 1 family at a time.

Okay Quality

Gorgeous lobby and breakfast area. Well located. Friendly staff.

The room was falling apart. A panel came off the wall while we were sleeping that was simply taped into place. However it was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable, so it was an affordable option that did what we needed it to do.

Superb

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff greeted me a smile and were helpful. The hotel gave me exactly what I requested. Value for sure. I will be back and I told friends about it.

location is great, just beside the highway ! the staff was Amazing , we forgot our laptop in the room and they called us to inform and kept it safe so we could get it back, really thankful to everyone there !

washrooms need some update, the choice of colours for the rooms and washroom make it look dark and gloomy. some updates will definitely help in uplifting the experience.

Disappointing and should of chose a different hotel for what I received and what I expected.

Had two free we didn’t use as only offered a 15$ breakfast buffet that was too costly for young children. Location was right at main lobby and fine if both elevators were working.

So many things to list. - ice cold pool was biggest issue. We did ask for and received a discount but it completely changed our plans with young children as it was unusable. It was health and safety concerning cold. We informed staff when arrived and they were unaware. We again informed staff when we requested a discount at check out and they too were unaware of the situation. - leaky pipes from above that made the hot tub half usable. Hot tub/whirlpool was as warm as a child’s bath and had one usable jet. -no towels which made for a wet and unsafe floor in front of elevator -only one elevator for 8 floors plus staff was working -observed elevator close on two different families children as sensor or something was not working properly - microwave was incredibly too hot - tv/remote - 1 of two worked - our room, although spacious enough and clean was located next to the furnace which was so loud it woke us through the night. You could feel the vibrations in your chest - mattress on pull out was very very hard - staff was polite but aloof and not personable

Amazing relaxing weekend

The hotel was a great stay. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and clean. The hotel is right beside the highway but couldn't hear a thing.

There were quite a few loud people staying on the same floor that I was. However this isn't something that the hotel staff could control.
