A little pricey, but worth it

Beautiful rooms & bathrooms, equipped w microwave & fridge, very spacious (both room & bathroom also), very comfortable bed, & very clean the view of the city was very beautiful from the large window Great breakfast & 24hr coffee option (there happened to be a very large tour group when we were there (unbeknownst to us), as well as a power outage, & the staff still managed to feed everyone for breakfast, & the food was delicious!)

Would highly recommend anyone to stay, the price is good and property is clean with great staff

The manager was very helpful and kind. They got back to me about an issue, and we were able to resolve matters quickly. The hotel was clean and comfy.

Security acted quickly when I called but I shouldn’t have had to call.

Location and facility was newer than some I have stayed in.

There was noisy hockey kids running around my floor and parents were not watching them. Need security to walk around the floors if there is lots of kids staying in hotel and hold parents accountable for their behaviour. Also found dirty sock in room and a bottle of Gatoraid in the room on floor that wasn’t mine!!

We would stay here again, but I'll be sure to ask for a quieter room.

The continental breakfast was generous with lots of variety. The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, easy access to hiway 11.

We were put in a room that was right beside the elevator, so every time the elevator was used, there was a mechanical rumbling noise emanating from the wall.

Hidden fees added on like tourism taxes without constant after charging me for my room they made a second charge to my account for the tourism taxes.

We enjoyed our stay

Close to relatives. Easy to get to. Hot water was excellent

Nothing the hotel could do but, there were a lot of children there for a soccer tournament. The pool was full every time we wanted to use it.

Fantastic stay, will be back again.

Breakfast was great, location is good, convenience store next door, restaurants within walking distance. Overall great stay.

Check out was at noon, got woken up by the housekeeping staff vacuuming outside my room door at 9am which was very unpleasant.

Exceptional

The staff was always very helpful. They gave us a larger room when we realized our room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 children. Our new room we noticed that the door wasn't locking when we left the room. I brought this to their attention and the maintenance guy immediately came to the room to assist. The breakfast was amazing with many choices for us all. The pool hours were great. Absolutely loved this place, would stay again for sure.

Breakfast and location were good. Room and beds were comfortable.

They need to ask if someone is ok with being on a floor that has pets or sports teams. A loud dog kept barking in the room across from us when the owner left the room. Little kids ran up and down the halls noisily until 11 pm. Guests should be given a choice of a quiet non-pet floor when registering since it is a large hotel with many rooms and floors. We were there for a family member's funeral and very tired and this just didn't help.
