The room was clean
The pool sucks liner is not tight to the pool it had crap floating in it as did the hot tub that was not that hot.

We are a volleyball team and the facility was the best that we have stayed at this season. Great pool, and leisure and gym. They had free pool tables and other games. They had an area that was big enough for us to order pizza and eat as a team at no cost. Also great board table and computer area. just very well designed in general. great staff
everything was great

Very clean and quiet room
Very confy bed 🛌

The staff are very helpful and very professional & friendly, they are the highlight of the stay.
It's easy to find available parking spot.
Lobby is big enough. Restaurants are a good convenient option. The breakfast restaurant needs to be brighter though, it's too dark. Blinds are closed, lights are dimmed. But food was yummy.
Positives in the room are not many but beds were comfortable. Fridge was alright. The ironing option was nice to have in the room.
Room was in bad shape. Definitely needs redesign and maintenance.
Bathroom han no power outlets. The only area where you have an outlet and a mirror has a microwave and dusty coffee machine blocking your vision. So ladies it will be very tricky styling your hair or putting make up, there is no comfortable space to do that.
The fan in the bathroom was Sooooo loud, it's like a running engine inside there. So noisy!
Coffee machine I couldn't bring myself to use it. So old and dusty.
Space was small in general with a giant office chair !
This hotel should be two stars in my opinion compared to most 3 stars I stayed in before.

Clean, modern, updated
Too remote, too much in an industrial area. Too far away from dining and shopping amenities.
5.0
The room was spacious and had a kitchenette that was wonderful. The location of the hotel makes Sylvan Lake easily accessbile. The staff was friendly and helpful.
4.5
The room was so much bigger and better than I anticipated. It was like a cool little apartment. It was also very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I had a really hard time getting out of bed!
The only thing that needs improvement are the elevators. I think one of the two was out of commission, and the sole working elevator was pretty slow, so I took the stairs to my 3rd floor room 90% of the time, but I can handle it.

Food was awesome. Pool was a fun!
Room was not finished. Counter top was just ply wood. Sink had a note in it not to use. Just feel like we paid for a very good suite at 300 a night. And was a little disappointed with what we got.
4.0
Big comfortable and clean room.
Slow elevator.
1.5
Location is close to highway
Elevator is out of service, fitness facility is outdated, rusted fixtures in the bathrooms
4.0
Suite was spacious and comfortable, with an adjoining room for the children. The fitness centre was a big plus and I made a few visits with the kids.
When we returned one day, we found that the AC had been adjusted to 18°C while we had been out - I had turned it off before leaving. I am not so bothered about it having been a bit cold when we got back, but this sort of thing wastes energy.
4.5
Beds were super comfy and room was very clean.
4.0
Pet friendly, I travel for work and usually bring my dog.
The stairwell is kind of sketchy and doesn’t seem safe. My dog is scared of the elevator and being on the 3rd floor I was up and down the stairwell many times. The staff had missed on my booking that I had a dog. Although I booked a king room, they put me in a double queen room.
4.0
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well.
There was no breakfast.
4.5
The room size was larger than expected. The service from the staff was exceptional. The restaurants had good food and large portions but needed better hours. The hotel was clean, not noisy and had plenty of parking.
The pool area needs renovation. There are missing and broken tiles in the hot tub that are very sharp. The main pool was freezing, and the liner is lifting; it would be better served to remove the liner and refinish it with tiles.

location was convenient
hot tub was nuke warm at best which was extremely upsetting along with the pool being even colder

suite was cozy. very clean. comfort of temperature. lighting was perfect. washroom was nicely designed. the pool and hot tub was excellent.
we backed onto the industrial area. did not enjoy the view on the north side.
2.5
Beds were comfy.
The room was not very clean; floor felt gritty, the tap in the bathroom was covered in soap scum, the towels all had frayed edges, the bathroom light switch was dirty.

Clean
Staff was cold, double charged me, made nothing of it, had no idea of the shows in the hotel, could have saved me even booking a room had they known.
3.5
front desk staff are pleasant and patient
It would be nice to have a complementary continental breakfast in the morning. I work a lot of hours when I stay here and it just a nice extra touch to have breakfast without the wait in the AM. Even COMPLEMENTARY coffee in the AM would be nice not including room coffee, because we all know those makers never get cleaned

The pool was smaller than expected

Staff are always great, rooms are clean
I was on a floor where there were kids running and slamming doors all night, and someone had a barking dog.
