Pleasant, great location

Location was great for exploring the centre of Traverse City.

Bathroom was tiny. Also noticed after getting home and checking the invoice that the 'facility fee' is 8%. I presume this is the 'resort fee'. Apart from my annoyance at a separate fee for what you are paying to stay in a hotel for, that should be included into the room rate, when I checked on their website it currently states the facility fee is 5% so that needs to be updated as no doubt guests are all being charged 8% like us. At nearly 10% additional on the room charge it's something for others to be aware of.

We enjoyed the stay but the building and facilities need modernisation.

Food, bar and service were good.

Fridge in the room made a loud noise every20-30 minutes. Heater fan in room very loud.

Location, pet friendly, spacious, microwave oven, staff

Expensive, outdated facilities. The shower is tricky you need a lot of muscles to pull out the shower knob. We cannot figure it out how to on the shower have to call the maintenance to do it because it is too old. LOL the price of our room for $450 seems not worth it better to get an Airbnb. But the receptionist was friendly and the staff did their job to accommodate us. If you have a pet that is additional $50. If you leave your pet and make a noise or get a complain you will pay additional $250.

Awesome Place! Great Pool & hot tub!

Clean rooms! Comfortable! Easily accessible for my uncle Rich (he uses a walker!) and for my lil’ dog LD - he uses a leach! 😂 Mose

Dirty, food on the bedside floor, unflushed toilet, breakfast quiche under baked, raw under crust staff made no effort to correct or remove from bill

Sleeping in your car is passably a better option.

Location was good

Nothing. Dirty, no room service - period of any kind, no restaurant, air conditioner was malfunctioning. Called front desk about the air conditioner and they said a maintenance guy would call me in 30 minutes. They never called or came. The room had no toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk in front of other customers and ask for toilet paper. The only choice for food or drinks was the vending machine, that was half empty, on the second floor. Terrible experience until I checked out got out of this place. $330 for one night was a complete RIP OFF. Btw Park Place, fix the ice machines on floors 6 and 5.

Convenient location,quiet

Lobby coffee----no lids to take cup back to room. Two night stay: We did not request linen change but 1. Used towels were not picked up; 2. We had to request toilet paper and kleenex---ran out almost immediately.

The location and the staff were top notch!

The location was perfect for walking to downtown shops, restaurants and breweries. The customer service was top notch. We felt very welcomed when we arrived and all throughout our stay.

There were 4 of us sharing a room with 2 queen beds. It was a bit tight, but we still had fun.

Great place in downtown Traverse City

Great Location, small but comfortable, clean and quiet room. Was even able to keep the stay comfortable with a wedding in the hotel the night we arrived.

Nothing, everything was as expected and even better than expected.

The rooms need to be updated! You can hear everyone when you are in the room. I took a 3 minute shower and the water went cold. Overall for the price it should be slightly nicer, location is the positive note.

We saw a show at the Opera House. It was great to walk to and from the hotel / venue,,

we did not have breakfast. I enjoyed an early morning swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub.

We loved the view from our 8th story window. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a great stay at the Park Place. The front desk person was awesome. Our room had a terrific view and was very clean. The bed was com fy. A super positive experience.

Very good

Location and parking were excellent. Staff were very freindly and helpful with directions and local map printout.

Tiniest bathroom I've ever encountered. The toilet cover was loose and could have been repaired with a flat blade screwdriver. The height of the toilet base was fit for children but not for average adult. Didn't find any vending machines for snacks. Gift shop hours not set to sell evening snacks.
