A good place to stay. We will come back.

Convenient to town and to harbor. Clean and quiet. The breakfasts were not so great but edible!👍🏻

Basic, Clean, Convenient Accomodations, a Very Short Drive from Beautiful Booth Bay Harbor

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a bathtub, which was nice. Breakfast was fine. Five minute drive to town.

The lighting was bad, harsh, and missing lighting for reading in bed (there are some lights over the bed but they did not work for reading). The hotel is not walking distance to Booth Bay, so you are sort of out on a strip. Breakfast was served on paper plates and with paper cups. Sort of too expensive for what it was, though I suppose the nearness to Booth Bay makes that understandable.

Stay was mediocre. We slept for the night and left early

I felt the place was a little run down fir the price. It seemed clean. I did mot see any bugs. An odd smell I'm room. Light fir the main room did not work. Table lamps did. Did mot eat the breakfast. Went to the restaurant the night before and did mot eat there due to odd odor. Decided not to eat there for the breakfast for that reason.

Average stay staff was fine and the place was clean.

The property was very clean and the rooms were decent.

This property is NOT as close as it seems to the harbor. And does NOT have a trolley that stops in front.

We really did gave a great stay…. With just a little more attention to detail this place would be 5 stars for the price!

Room was cute, breakfast was great, location was great.

Checkin was slow, coffee maker in room didn’t work , lights over the bed didn’t work, and no scoop at ice machine…. So most likely everyone is putting hands in there to get ice 😳.

Needed a larger variety. Maybe waffles and scrambled eggs

Being on the first floor as lm handicapped. Stairs did not have round railings that I could hold onto. USB plugs were hidden behind a cabinet with no marking. Other up in the air left one worked and the right one didn’t.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel I was ripped off.

Great Location!

When I booked my vacation they advertised complimentary breakfast, hot tub and heated pool. The pool isn’t heated, the hot tub is dirty and not turned on, the pool is open until 9:00 but there are no lights (there used to be), and they don’t have towels at the pool. They also didn’t have breakfast, but gave us $5 vouchers for a restaurant a mile away with VERY limited parking, and $5 does not get you a coffee and a bagel. When I went to get the vouchers for breakfast the man argued with me (likely one of the owners), saying I didn’t tell them my son was with me and tried to only give me $10. I didn’t back down and pulled up my reservation and was about to show it to him when he said oh I see him in the notes…

Terrible customer service from owner & front desk staff

The property was clean and nice as it’s been newly renovated by the old owners before selling to the new owners. But any semblance of cleanliness was ruined by the terrible customer service from the staff and owner.

The customer service staff was not accommodating AT ALL. We asked for two new coffee cartridges in the morning as we had run out. Something any hotel would be happy to do for their customers. The front desk staff REFUSED to accommodate us. Along with refusing us in refreshing new towels.

Quite disappointing compared to past years.

Location was easy walking distance to downtown Boothbay Harbor. King sized bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Room size was better than average.

Walkways were not well kept. We saw a used bloody bandage - we finally pick it up, a Q-tip, leaves and other items that should have been taken care of. The bait boxes were very disgusting to see. We planned on breakfast, as in the past three years we have stayed there. We were quite disappointed that it was no longer offered. The $5 vouchers at the cafe about a mile away did not nearly replace the buffet breakfast, and no understandable explanation was given. We went to Hannaford a purchased cereal, milk and fruit. We did not use vouchers. The pool area was not nearly as pleasant as it has been in past years. There were no tables with chairs and umbrellas until the day we left.

Look else where if you are spending over 100.00

It was 7min from the botanical garden which was main reason for visit and while exploring found it to be very convenient to the harbor nice places to sit on the lawn well maintained property smoking was away from building the room looked as if it was re vamped not bad it definitely helped

The pool and hot tub were not up and running nor the continental breakfast which really stunk that was the reason for booking hotel versus an airbnb for 1 night but they did provide a 5.00 per person food voucher to a really great breakfast diner mama d’s The bed was terrible hard old plastic feeling and all the nasty old hard pillows don’t help

No pool no breakfast

The room was big enough

We booked specifically for an afternoon relaxing by the pool which was closed and no One updated that information. The breakfast was not refilled and was empty after the first hour. Absolutely waste of a night away

Very poor customer service and cleaning.

You cannot beat the location for access to Boothbay Harbor.

We stayed for three nights and our room was not cleaned once. The pool was also not functional and the pool deck was closed off. They still charged the 10.00 a day cleaning fee.

Great Place to Stay!!🤗👍

This place was spotless, room was great,bed was comfortable, the on-site restaurant was excellent, had prime rib and was the best I've ever had,easy access to everything around,staff was friendly and accommodating, would highly recommend !!🤗👍

The TV is too small and it needs to be mounted on the wall !!/

The Flagship is adequate for an overnight stay; the harbor town itself is reason enough to visit.

Spacious and lovely surroundings, comfortable surroundings, extra coffee sachets available, good towels, dog-friendly

We were told by the front desk staff that we were being moved from a ground floor room to an upstairs room because the motel was going to be all booked up, which made little sense; early next morning it was obvious more rooms than not were unoccupied. Also, descriptions of the facility made it seem the heated pool and hot tub were available year-round -- theye weren't, on this warm, mid-May day. The well-reviewed breakfast was far more limited than described, and the ice and soda machines were out of order.

proximity to local attractions front desk accommodated my request to be next to the couple we were traveling with

room 138 smelled of old cigarette odor bed was very uncomfortable and very hard mattress

Exceptional

Great location, near to everything in Boothbay region. The room was simple but nice. Heating system was incredible and the staff wonderful.

That I booked after I had already bought my Gardens A Glow tickets as the Flagship Inn was running a special free Gardens Tickets when you stay at Flagship Inn! Next year I will be back!
