Un bon rapport qualité prix, il gagnerait plus s’il pouvait être rénové un peu

Il y avait une petite kitchenette dans la chambre et cela était pratique surtout quand on a un bébé, il y avait de la vaisselle un grand frigo une plaque une cafetière et grille pain, le petit déjeuner offert était bon aussi et la dame qui servait au petit déjeuner était tres sympathique et agréable

Les lits n’étaient pas tres confortables et le mobilier des chambres est un peu vieux

It's a great hotel, but it has its flaws

The suite is perfect for a family or friends traveling together with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchenette and sitting area makes it look like an apartment and it must be great for longer than a night stays. They offer breakfast to everybody.

In places the hotel needs things fixed asap- worn out and ripped area rug in the hallway, worn and dirty in spots couch and armchair. In the office next to the reception desk I could see an office chair that was so worn out- it seems 100 years old. They charge $5.00 for parking which is a small amount but it was not disclosed and there does not seem to be an issue with finding parking. I found charging a fee funny at least.

Good option for long term and short term stay

The suites have all the facilities. if you want to cook a little and save money for long term stay, this is a very good option.

The breakfast should be improved. They should have more options, specially at least one halal option.

Came for mine and my sons birthday for a little getaway and very happy we will definitely be back

The breakfast was great kids loved it. Love the neighborhood of the hotel. Room was just what we wanted. Staff were fabulous

The pool was cold I have never gone to a cold indoor pool little upsetting but but the kids still lasted a little bit. And the kitchen in the room is great but needs scissors only thing missing. And a few more towels in the room but safe are great for giving you more when you run out

A quiet inn facility in a residential area.

The bedding was comfortable, and there isn't much variety for breakfast, but it's enough to fill you up.

I didn't know that bottled water was not included in the service, and the noise of the ventilation fan was so loud that it disturbed my sleep. Please also note that parking is not free.

Great location and good value!

The location is awesome, very convenience. The room overall is clean but kinda old. The bed is way too soft and not queen size as it describes on the website (full size I believe).

Prima maar net niet op het niveau wat we willen.

De kamer indeling is top! 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer. Ideaal om te reizen met een gezin met tijdverschil.

We komen al meer dan 15 jaar enkele keren per jaar 1 a 2 wkn in dit hotel. Helaas zien we de kwaliteit steeds iets minder worden. Het meubilair en de vloerbedekking zouden echt vernieuwd mogen worden.

Good with room for improvement

Room and surroundings were cleaner compared to our last visit. Breakfast was filling and taste good. Parking was ample and not cramped.

We encountered minor issues, which could have been dealt if there was a better communication amongst the hotel staff. We were informed during our check in on a Saturday that breakfast is at 7AM for the next day Sunday, yet a staff told us that they usually open at 7:30AM while getting our food around 7:10 AM. Posted check out time is 12PM in our room, but our booking and their website says 11AM, husband had to go down to ask front desk to verify since the phone in our room wasn't working. He was asked if they wanted someone to check the phone for us but my husband told them to have the phone checked later as we are about to check out in few hours, but a staff was knocking at our door while we were catching some more sleep. It may have interrupted and confused us during our short stay but it's not a major deal breaker. One major issue we encountered was we can hear the other room's shower/washroom whenever they use it, which was close to midnight.

Breakfast (especially when the weather allows to have it outside in a cousy yard with flowers), swimming pool, the room itself.

A/C is very loud. There were only 2 chairs in a room for 4 people. Improper ventilation in the bathroom, nowhere to hang 4 towels. No way to switch off the light in the microwave (it is always on).

For the price, the hotel provided everything I needed to feel comfortable while away from home.

Staff are all so nice and accommodating! Very responsive and attentive. The king sized bed is so comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean. Wonderful to be able to cook on the hot plates, use the microwave, full fridge and dishwasher. Quiet location and hotel. Feels like home! Went for walks in the community. Close to Hwy 7 and the DVP.

Outlet by the hot plates not working. Had to swap out some items in the kitchen drawer such as the bottle and can openers. Toilet is dated and not so powerful on a flush. Pool looks dated and uninviting. Hot breakfast is the same every morning. The elevator stalled while I was going up. Luckily we were able to get to the ground floor and report the issue.

FAMILY FRIENDLY, well maintained, great value!

I was amazed at how nice the suites were and how completely stalked with everything you needed they had an amazing bbq area for guests to use and a beautiful outdoor seating area with a fire pit! Everything we needed to cook with (pots pans dishes etc.) was fully stalked it exceeded my expectations for sure! The staff were amazingly helpful and very polite and pleasant to deal with. Travelling with a large family (6 of us) is so difficult with trying to stay all together but usually having to rent two separate rooms this was SO much space for all 6 of us. It truly was a home away from home! We will absolutely be returning!

Disspointing

The bed was comfortable

The elevator broke down and we were in the fourth floor. The room key multiple times needed to be reprogrammed because it would stop working for no reason. The door to the room was broken and would not open and needed to be literally kicked in to open. Throughout the stay this was brought up to staff and not fixed.

The room was huge and beds were comfortable.

The pool was over chlorinated, the water was freezing cold and there was hair all over the pool area. It was gross. It definitely wasn't maintained daily.

Good Stay at One of My Favourites

The free hot breakfast was good. The size of the room, kitchenette with tableware and cutlery and full size refridgerator.

New $5 a day charge for parking. Waking up to marijuana smoke. Which isn't the property's fault and difficult to find the a**holes responsible.

My family was looking forward to a relaxing staycation and Sonesta delivered.

The staff were very friendly and the room we had was more spacious than I expected. I was also very satisfied with how clean the kitchenette was specially the refrigerator.

The breakfast menu needs more choices. Checking if there are clean towels in the swimming pool should be done more often or at better time intervals.
