I felt good staying here. It was conveniently located, the price was good and I would stay here again.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that the room wasn’t equipped with a mini refrigerator.

Seria excelente si la habitacion se limpiara diario

La habitación es de muy buen tamaño, dormimos cómodamente las camas son confortables y había canales para niños en la TV me volvería alojar ahí confiando en que tomarán en cuenta la observación de que las habitaciones deben estar limpias sobre todo las vestiduras de las camas

Que las vestiduras de las camas NO estaban limpias , y solicitamos pusieran vestiduras limpias , NO LO HICIERON AL SIGUIENTE DÍA ya que salimos de la habitación a 11.30, al segundo día, salimos a las 10 esperando la habitacion fuera limpiada y sobre todo las sábanas limpias PERO TAMPOCO HICIERON EL SERVICIO DE HABITACIÓN , al pagar nosotros pagamos por noche y se entiende que uno paga una habitación limpia cada noche qué se paga.

I want my money back . So unprofessional

nothing. front desk had Nasty attitude when I asked a question about unauthorized access and searches of the Room. so I canceled the reservation. I prepaid for the room . and they charged 69.00 for canceling. still waiting on the rest of my Money to be refunded. It's been A whole week and nothing . I would not recommend staying here .

Very Very disappointed and discussed

Arrived at motel front desk only to hear a phone ringing non stop with no one insight. When she finally got behind the desk didn't answer the phone, just let it ring annoyingly. Ate her McDonald's cone while checking us in. Got to the room and the smell was awful. Discovered dirty diaper in the bedroom waste basket. Took it to front desk but just threw it in the hall garbage. Went back towards room and saw laundry door open and grabbed some cleaning supplies and liners . Tried to sleep but the smell of weed and dogs barking made it impossible. 1st and last trip to a Motel 6

My card stopped working for my room. I went to re activate it and front desk person did not ask who I was or to verify it was the person who rented the room and just activated my card for the room I said. NOT COOL!!

Won’t stay again at any Motel 6.

Location was okay. Sheets had stains on them. Found tissue in the one corner of the mattress. Horrible lighting. Hole in the desk wall. Tub was dirty. There was a weird tapping sound in the wall when you flush the toilet. Had to get help 3 times in order for the tv to work the satellite service and you were very limited as to what to watch. The room service menu now that was insane. $13 for a cheeseburger?! Plus the service is not on location. Won’t be staying with Motel 6 again this is strike 2. Last time was in rosemont, Il and it had bedbugs but this was 9 years ago. So yeah strike 2 Motel 6 won’t be returning ever!

Very dissappointing.

Booked as "accessible. Tiny bath, not accessible. No tissue. Large enough room but no chairs. TV didn't work. One grab bar in bathroom not reachable from toilet and none in tub. No ice. No fridge/ microwave. Lights in headboard couldn't be turned off, room brightly lit all night.

It was okay, only worth it because I went with friends.

It worked for the night. The faculty was nice.

There were quite a few bugs (gross). The AC unit was unplugged, so it's a good thing we didn't need it. Mysterious splatter stain on the ceiling (room 240). Could definitely smell weed at one point, but that was the least shocking part.

Overall good stay here

I liked the responsiveness of staff, very helpful! Nice bed. Very clean.

Well, sub-par coffee & only regular roast ( not incl. Decaf). That is very outdated now! Another thing I'd like are a couple of benches not far from the door. People meeting someone or waiting for their Lyft have no place to sit, out front!

Seemingly unsafe location

Easy to find from the freeway.

I have used Motel 6 a lot in the past as they are generally good value for money and provide the basics of a comfortable bed and decent shower. Didn’t check in until around 10pm as had attended a baseball game. Police outside on arrival. During check in people were asked to leave the lobby area as police had guns drawn in what was described as a hostage situation. Lots of people in corridors until well past midnight making a lot of noise including shouting, young children and a dog. One room had the TV on loud all night. Put the AC unit on to drown outside noise but it was the loudest AC I have ever heard. Not a comfortable overnight stay and would recommend people not to stay here. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and there was a good channel selection on the TV.

That it was close to the airport.

When you come into the lobby all you smell is urine. Our first room the television was missing. So we moved to a different location that room was not cleaned. I went to the dollar store and got some cleaning supplies for us. Regardless to where we go I'm going to clean the where we lay our heads. The room didn't even have a refrigerator or microwave for us to eat our food that night or before going to the airport that early in the morning. This was the worst place we have ever been to. The hallway smells like piss, urine. We will not be back. The staff was great, but the motel wasn't very good at all. We don't know if you house homeless people there, but that still shouldn't be an issue. We were only there to be closer to the airport at 4:00a.m. we drove an hour to get there but like I stated my wife had to clean the room for us. ALL HOTELS AND MOTELS HAVE A REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE. Very sad very sad.

Looks like they tried to remodel

The room phone not connected, wifi didn't work even after letting them know twice. Didn't sleep well from all the noise from room above. Curtains covered most of window, AC didn't work, the plug was messed up. Floors were sticky. Beds have plastic bed coverings made for uncomfortable sleeping.

I'll avoid Motel 6 next time.

Location of motel was great. Room was OK - I wasn't paying for a 5 star experience.

I don't like having to tell staff that my keycard has to be reactivated every night. That should be taken care of when I book the room (meaning I booked the room for 6 nights - I shouldn't need to speak with staff to get into my room nightly). Wifi was weak in my area. Wifi should be strong when being advertised as a perk for the room. I found myself switching between LTE wifi through Google and the motel's wifi as needed.

Very friendly, we were able to check in before 3 to a nice room very clean and fresh. the night person was helpful with dinning options in the area as well.

Horrible, reviews need to be updated to reflect accurate interactions.

Price is inexpensive, however, you get what you pay for.

Reeks of marijuana, even though it’s a non smoking stay. Overnight staff are unprofessional. Rooms were dirty and linen had stains. Halls were unkept.
