I was overcharged, assaulted by the police with guns, false accusations,

I didn't like the staff, the people hanging around, I had guns pulled out on me by the police because they thought I was someone else, I was charged $122.72 extra when I checked in for a security deposit which the site never told me that.

HORRIBLE

Nothing

Run fast do not book hear! This place disgusting! Can’t elven begin to describe! Do not even sit down on the bed when we got to the room, I knew just walking down the hall I was not staying g at this place! Before we even checked in a guy in the parking lot told us not to do it said it was terrible and was leaving to go find another place as he did not feel safe. Do yourself a favor and do t do it, even if it’s a last resort still not worth it!

It was very dirty & smelled like cigarettes

Bed was kind of comfy. Not hard at all.

The room was dirty & smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. The floor was not swept & had dirt & hair everywhere. The air conditioner had to be turned on from a switch on the other side if the room. Just weird....

The room had multiple issues immediately obvious and a different room was provided.

The room first assigned was not clean, sheets had some kind of powder on them, other defects immediately obvious. Couple next door scream fighting. Would not visit again.

Very pleasant and comfortable

The Manager and staff were very professional and helpful...I arrived, after making a reservation through priceline, to having to pay twice...There was a technical delay but the Gentleman at the front desk accommodated me as much as possible and the next morning, The manager, Jennifer, spoke with priceline and immediately the problem was resolved..

The only saving grace was the cost. It was still too much.

Easy check in and check out.

The heat was on in an already hot room. The AC was noisy. The floors were very dirty - don't blame it on the remodeling on the lower level. There were dirty socks, from a previous guest I assume, in the bathroom. Only a blind person could have missed them.

Not very clean, room was very unfriendly, and no common ammenities such as a fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Room should have cost less.

The location is great there are a lot of nearby restaurants to go to. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and did their jobs well.

Bathroom was decent. Location was good.

Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Light over the bed didn't work. House keeping didn't come in to tidy up the room. It appears that there might be some people living there.

Motel 6 has thieves working there.

The cleanliness of the rooms.

I left my necklace on the sink. When I called about it 30 hours later, it was not turned in by housekeeping. It has been 4 days and I still haven't heard from the manager. I have called 5 times and left messages. I finally called corporate, the CSR called the hotel and she couldn't reach her either. I would not care if it was costume jewelry but it was a diamond necklace and it was a Christmas gift from my daughter. It has meaning behind it. You would think after all the messages I have left she would have called me back. They need to teach their staff to return calls within 24- 48 hours.
