Front desk was amazing.

Comfortable room nice clean staff friendly 😊
Breakfast wasn't that great took long to refill food
4.2
Breakfast mediocre. Did not like the way yogurt was served in a large bowl. Prefer individual ones for health reasons
Towels and sheets were dirty. They had black marks on them. Carpet was very dirty. The whole room was not very clean. We were not happy with the room. Not sure it was an animal friendly one. We were not told it was and would prefer not to put in one.

Comfortable beds,and very clean.

Room was as expected and comfortable.
Breakfast was good.
On day of checkout the elevator wasn't working. My friend and I both have some mobility concerns which made it very difficult to take our stuff down the stairs.
When I talked to staff, they were rude and not willing to consider some sort of accommodation or discount. I was told "you didn't pay us so we can't do anything". I went through Booking.com
I have spoken to 2 people now and was assured that the manager would return my call today. She did not.
I will follow up again. However, I payed for a service, they provided that service, the service was not acceptable.
Also, the booking was overpriced because it was Stampede week - and the hotel was not booked up. It's sad that they double the price of the room. I was not even in Calgary for the Stampede.

The location was perfect for what we needed to do. We were in town to go to a family member birthday party. The pillows are soft and full and the coffee is great. The breakfast is short in variety and a lot of it is bland. The price is high. Last year we stayed 3 nights for 800 dollars, this year we paid 800 dollars for 2 nights. We thought last year was expensive. Its a good, clean friendly hotel but the prices are more for a fancy luxurious hotel.
the price was very high for what you get. The breakfast is short on variety and quite bland.

The hotel was easy to find and had a multitude of dining opportunities nearby.
Breakfast could be better! Yogurt would be nice to have. The eggs were over cooked.

Plastic cutlery, paper plates and cups

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room temp was easy to control. Laundry facility was very convenient.
Breakfast doesn't include hot oatmeal anymore but everything else was as expected
4.2
Was a very nice, clean, comfortable, convenient location. Was nice to have the breakfast in the morning.
4.2
Easy to find, large car park. Nice attractive situation.
Breakfasts were a big disappointment.
Not a lot of choice, and NO orange juice!
No consideration given to customers with dietary issues. No alternatives to dairy milk, no gluten free choices.
Staff were not aware of content of food offered to advise on dietary problems.
All food and drinks had to be eaten or drunk from disposable plates and cups.
Finally, the cutlery was a joke, trying to butter toast with a flimsy plastic knife!

Na
I paid for 4 adults total $430 before tax when booking, but was charged $40 again when checked out

Liked the partition of king sized bedroom that my wife booked for my dad and I for the weekend. It’s like a room within a room. My dad got the king-size bed, a treat for him for Father’s Day as I doubt he had slept in a king-sized bed before, and I slept on the couch.
Nothing.

Rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed. The breakfast was good, with decent choices and variety. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to Cross Iron mills as well as many good restaurant options within walking distance.
We woke up Saturday morning to no hot water for showers, had we been leaving that morning we would have been extremely upset. Thankfully by 1:00pm that day the hot water was restored.

the first time, there was a warm soup when I arrived in a cold winder later afternoon. I really love it. But this time. the soup that I looked forward is not available. I was a little bit disppointed.

Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were comfy.
We were not told about the added 50 dollar deposit. So we were a little shocked when the bill came 50 dollars higher than we expected. However the staff was fast to explain and fix the issue. Just need more transparency when checking in. Even if it's late in the day.

Cold sasuages not enough well cook
Wait they cook eggs etc many people wait to get hot breakfast we are not happy and decide go out to restaurant

night staff was friendly, housekeeping was good
1. when we reached our rooms they were ice cold, it took 4 hours to warm up the room, couldn’t sleep first night, my kid and my mother in law sneezed all night and got sick. ruined out trip as they were sick for 3 days. 2. someone from precious stay probably setup the alarm for 6am which kept going off and spoiled our sleep. couldn’t operate the alarm clock to stop happening so had to unplug. 3. trucks were off loading at Co-op next door middle of the night which kept waking us.
