C'était propre dans chambre .
Beaucoup de bruit à l'extérieur , il y a un Tim Horton du côté où on était et on entendait le service au volant . Et on entendait clairement conversation chambre d'à côté

Hot breakfast, pool, family management did their best with worn out facilities. Towels, soap bathroom was acceptable, nicely renovated but not properly cleaned. Fridges were not quiet.
Long time to check in, gym was unusable, soaked in mold, expensive for the quality. Small TV's.

Nice porch, clean room.
Other visitors were smoking in the garden, making some time there unpleasant.

We were hoping to use the outdoor or indoor pools. Neither pool was cleaned, inspected or open to the guests. The tennis courts were also closed.
The staff were very courteous, helpful and accommodating.

the tub in the room

The inn and property were aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was good and a nice feature. Hotel was a very good price even for a long weekend. Room was spacious and accommodating to my mom who uses a wheelchair and walker.
The bathroom is very outdated. The bathtub was rotting in the bottom. They tried to use a mat to cover it but even the mat was worn. We did not want to use the shower because of the condition. Hotel was great overall but the bathtub should be a priority for renovation for risk of mild, bacteria etc.

Really nothing, this is not a good reputation for Booking.
Room, bath dirty, pillow with hair on it.
Old bread for breakfast , the food, drinks in the fridge were warm.
Dirty around. Even if old it has to be clean.

Great reception, very confortable room
Warm/protein breakfast was absent

Very nice, large property. Different room types around the hotel and ones looking over the pool and courtyard are really nice. Clean and fresh decor. Mostly well maintained. Very nice and helpful front desk staff.
The pool isn't open yet for the season. I read in the info that it was open since late April. The same issue at other places as well. Mid-May things should be opening up.

The room was very clean and had everything we wanted .
The general manager, Parth Patel was polite and friendly and quick to help when we had any questions
Very comfortable bed .Rooms temperature could be adjusted easily to our liking.
The indoor pool wasn't up and running .
The waitress was a bit forgetful we had asked for Gravy on the fries and she forgot when we reminded her she was still late bringing it . Also had to be reminded to give our discount .

Clean and large room
Small things, like the old baseboard heater in the bathroom, which looked like a dinosaur 🙂, and the toilet that sometimes ran out of water and it wouldn't fill up after flushing it.

Service was excellent. If we needed something, all it took was a call to the office and we could get extra things for our room such as coffee, sugars, cream, and bottled water. On our last day, went over to get a bite to eat, and the guy was nice enough to help me bring coffee back to our room.
The fact that we couldn't have use of the pool, but how it was explained, was very understanding and with the way things are going these days, unless they are busy all year round to keep up with the cost of the upkeep, then it makes sense to close down during the quiet time of the year.

Restaurants were walking distance
Beds were comfortable
You can hear thumping sounds which can be loud if staying on ground level.

we had one issue, it was handled immediately and with lots of courtesy
the property could use a little upkeep. it's older but very clean

The grounds on the property had a resort like feel. It has nice courtyards, & thr grounds we nicely kept.
Also, both Carol (the Manager) & Brian were super nice & helpful! They went above and beyond. It's obvious that they truly understand what it means to work in the hospitality industry.
Thank you both, for making our stay an enjoyable one🌷👍🙏. We will definitely be back.
Main Hallway carpets needs vacuuming. But I understand that the hotel is extremely understaffed, like with most businesses are today, so I can't fault them for that.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, the friendly staff service and the daily complimentary breakfasts!
Our mattress seams to be in need
of changing- we felt and heard the springs!

The court view room on the main floor was spacious, comfortable, and the view was fantastic. The deck was a nice bonus and we were able to sit outside on comfortable chairs and enjoy the Fall colours. Breakfast was great and the server was amazing and friendly.
The hotel didn't reserve a room on the main floor as I requested, but luckily another guest checking in offered to switch. If the other guest had not offered to switch, we couldn't have stayed there because I'm in a wheel chair.

Location and staff was good.
Mattresses were very lumpy and uncomfortable. I think they need replacing.
