Weekend getaway close to everything.

Clean, Comfy, Ductless AC units that are QUIET. Easy check in and check out. The included breakfast is GREAT.

Comfortable, quiet, and convenient.

We had a spacious room on the top floor, The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were high quality. Excellent bathroom and shower. We were a little surprised that the included breakfast was not served in the inn, but in a cafe owned by the same people just a half block away. Breakfast was very good. The TV wasn't functioning properly, but the staff responded is less than five minutes and fixed the problem.

Comfortable and quiet.

Location is very close to beach and cafes and ice cream! We had a lovely private shady deck for reading.

Our bathtub was in need of some cosmetic work at the caulking. Everything was in perfect working order and clean, but it just needed a touch up there.

Very nice staff .Short walk to beach & chairs are available to use. Food from Cafe was very good. Parking provided around the corner

We had to change rooms due to difficulty with many steps to 2nd floor We were moved to 1st floor room right away. It was a nice room but very small. Breakfast used to be served in dining room but cafe was good

Close to the shore and boardwalk. Beautifully decorated. Breakfast at the corner café was ideal.

I was looking forward to the wine reception at 5, but nothing to be found in the parlor at that time, Saturday night.

Everything was great.

The breakfast was amazing, the hotel is just a hundred feet away from the beach, there were very good restaurants, markets, liquor stores just one or two blocks away.

Overnight Getaway

The property is feet from the beach. The staff was very personable. My room was clean and cozy. They did forget to give me a comforter but we just turned the heat up.

I didn’t like the false advertisement on booking. The picture show a spa tub and i believe I would get a spa bathroom which would include a whirlpool/jacuzzi tub. it did not. I received a room with a nice shower but no tub. That was very disappointing.

Third time here. Love the casual atmosphere. Close to beach and always wonderful staff.

Manager Sarah was lovely. Breakfast wonderful.

Inn could use a paint job and new carpets. Patio furniture was worn out. (End of season).

The location is perfect. Close to beach. Close to restaurants. Close to bike rentals, movie theater, wine and spirit shop. Love the staff. So accommodating. The cafe where we had our complementary breakfast was delicious every morning.

Would stay again

Don’t expect pristine fixture and fittings but do expect friendly staff, a bit of character, super close to the beach and a great breakfast in the nearby cafe.

A good place to stay

The lady in charge was always willing to help u unload or load your vehicle. She is a good presence. The upstairs deck was very nice and useful. It rained pretty much all weekend except for a 3 hr window too which we sat outside on the upper deck to get some 🌞.

Rm. 6 needs attention. Bathroom door won't close , gets stuck halfway. Bathroom cold side faucet leaks all the time. The morning breakfast should be in the parlor of that building not down at the corner creamery. Several years ago, it was in the main parlor. More comfortable in parlor.

Lovely stay.

Delicious banana bread french toast and the biscuit was delicious. Coffee was excellent too. I also appreciated the free ice cream in the afternoon.

I had been hoping for wine in the afternoon and was disappointed by the fact that this had been discontinued. .

Ok for 1 night trip

Frankly, Breakfast was the best better than bed. Close to boadwalk.Nice neighbor along with free parking provided by Carisbrooke Inn.

Room and amenities need to be updated.

Sent to the corner to get our free breakfast but had to bring it back to eat it. If we are there we were charged. Ordered breakfast one day a biscuit egg and bacon. The biscuit was so brown and hard you couldn't bite it, it had to be trashed.

It was so enjoyable! Wish there was a happy hour!

The room is so adorable. Everything is at our fingertips. Wish there was lox and cottage cheese on the menu! Black Cherry Water Ice is fabulous!

The rooms needs painting. Furniture is great! Rugs going up the steps are in bad shape! Willing to pay if wash could be done.
