Kurz, nervenaufreibend und schmutzig

Das Flughafenshuttle war rasch zu finden und der Transport ins Hotel flott.

Mein Mann und ich sind nach Mitternacht im Hotel angekommen. Der Check in erfolgte sehr schnell aber dann ging es los. Wir mussten 3 mal retour zur Rezeption da wir immer wieder ein benutztes unaufgeräumtes Zimmer bekommen haben. Beim vierten Mal ging der Rezeptionist zuerst ins Zimmer um nachzusehen ob es gereinigt wurde. Als Entschädigung bekamen wir ein Upgrade in ein anderes Zimmer und Frühstück. Klingt zwar sehr nett aber beim letzten Zimmer ergab sich das zwar das Bett gemacht wurde aber die Exkremente des Vorbenutzers noch in der Toilettenschüssel klebten. Alles in allem war es für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit und einem Marriott nicht würdig. Ich rate von der Unterkunft absolut ab.

It was a great experience with a soft bed and very friendly staff.

So convenient to the airport and also a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size and the balcony overlooking the pool was perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

Parking is pretty expensive.

Für eine Nacht OK.

Freundliches Personal, super schneller Check-In, aber ein absolut unverschämtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett war super und ja, man hörte die Flugzeuge zu gewissen Zeiten sehr gut.

316 $ für eine Nacht, Frühstück nicht inbegriffen. Für das Frühstücksbuffet wollen sie über 30 $, plus Tax und Tip versteht sich. Auch das Abendessen in der Sportbar, nichts Besonderes. Eingeschränkte Menükarte mit überhöhten Preisen, ein weiteres Restaurant war abends geschlossen, obwohl auf der Webseite gross angepriesen Unser Übernachtungspaket beinhaltete einen Parkplatz. Beim Check-In informierten wir die Dame am Desk, dass wir diesen nicht benötigen, da wir gleich nach dem Check-In das Auto zurückbringen würden. Am Abreisetag stellten wir fest, dass unsere Kreditkarte mit 30 $ belastet wurde. Auf Nachfrage hiess es dann, das sei eine Kurzzeit-Parkgebühr für die Zeit beim Check-In. Der Typ beim Valid Parkplatz sagte uns jedoch, dass wir 20 Min. gratis parkieren könnten. Die 30 $ wurden uns gutgeschrieben, sind allerdings noch nicht auf der Kreditkarte eingetroffen Eigentlich eine absolute Frechheit.

The beds are ancient here and now my back hurts

It's convenient. It's clean.

The bed was ancient. It had a depression and angled towards the middle. You have to have some standards with your beds. If I had to guess, that bed is over 10 years old. I lifted up the sheets and the bed protector, and the bed looked beat to heck. You can't expect people to pay $300 a night for an ancient bed like that. I would have given much higher ratings of this hotel if the bed wasn't awful. I feel like I should give it lower ratings just because of the bed, but everything else was great.

If you're looking to stay for a night before/after a flight, I recommend this location.

The hotel was very comfortable. I used to attend anime conventions that used to be held at this location so I always wanted to stay as a guest for their hotel. Very spacious and comfortable!

It is located by LAX so there isn't much to do around the area. I do miss the previous motif of the hotel where it felt like a tropical resort. Its more "sleek minimalism" now.

Great Staff, safe location for car as well.

The staff was amazing, the vallets, the bellhops, the front desk- all wonderful! My husband surprised me 2 of the 4 nights I was there and we ate at the steakhouse downstairs. Even though I'm a lifelong vegetarian, there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options. Great location, easy to get to Manhattan Beach for dinners. Car was very safe in lit lot and they charged my tesla complimentary w price of vallet service so that was an added bonus.

Very good.

There was a question with my booking as I went through a third party, but the Concierge was patient, kind and resolved the matter quickly.

Parking fees - but no one can really change this. I do appreciate the fact that hotel guests are not constrained by an in and out charge policy.

Love the hotel but awful bar

Staff on reception was brilliant, fantastic room looking out onto the pool. Clean and very convenient.

Bar staff on Hangar 18 Bar + Kitchen, me and my wife took a seat at the bar where we waited around 15 minutes before we were asked if we wanted a drink. The woman was too busy laughing and flirting with men. We then ordered food which we waited another 32 minutes to arrive and the man then put it behind the bar which it stood for another 10 minutes while she flirted again. At this point the manager came and I told them I wanted a refund for the food. At this point the steam was blowing out my ears. We were refunded for both food and drinks. Never again.

Comfortable stay close to airport

Beds, proximity to airport, free shuttle to LAX, gym although unfortunately close due to covid, theres restaurants and cafe inside the hotel. And we have a balcony facing the pool area.

Balcony needs to be cleaned and windows as well! No grab and go breakfast.

The location of the hotel and free shuttle to the airport.

We had just gotten off a cruise and arrived earlier than check in. I understand it was early but we were told there were rooms available IF we wanted to pay an additional $75 to check in when we arrived or we could wait till Noon and pay $40 or we could wait till 2 and it would be complimentary....so we had to sit in the waiting area for HOURS, even though we were told rooms were available IF we wanted to pay extra. That to me is not good customer service. We would have eaten at your restaurant and probably spent the additional money that was requested to check in early but instead we ate elsewhere. All so you could charge additional fees, even when there were rooms available when we checked in. I know this review really won't matter as you are a huge company and I am just one person that you could really care less how I feel. Tonya Davis
