Clean, lots of activities, polite staff, quick to answer questions or solve issues
Living room area in suite was very small compared to photos on-line, especially for the price of the room.
pull-out couch bed was not top quality, but ok.
Restaurant had limited hours. Closed by 8pm for a resort seemed early.

Resort is beautiful as always (3rd time).
The pullout couch mattress is not comfortable at all. My husband sleeps on it because he snores.

Clean, well cared for. Friendly staff.
The amenities (market). The coffees we ordered were cold and lacked coffee; all foam and tasted like sour milk and the banana bread treat tasted like flour.

The amenities
Only one pool and hot tub open and it was over run by kids

Close to campground where other family stayed. Comfortable with beautiful spaces around.
A little pricey…

The suite was beautiful and well cared for. The adult pool was great but it would have been a bit nicer if there was easy listening music piped in. The restaurant was really nice, but one of my friends meal was way to tough to eat. The compound is beautiful and it was great to have a shuttle. Although I must say I was disappointed in the shuttle driver that came to pick us back up, he was drinking a glass of wine while driving. I wasn’t even sure if he was with your staff or just someone who was trying to get tips. It wasn’t the fellow who drove us down there. We booked a wine tasting there and the gal who served us was exceptional. A lovely lady who was very knowledgeable and gave us a great time.
My party and I were very disappointed when we arrived. We knew that checkin was 4, but we were hoping we could’ve gotten in early as we arrived early. So we waited…and waited…and waited. Until it was after 4 and I was very angry, the fellow at the counter said he put a priority on it, but I think that was just talk as he couldn’t tell me where the staff were with it, it wasn’t ready. I will say that the staff was trying and gave us a complimentary drink. But I was no longer angry when the manager phoned me and told me that they upgraded our room as an apology. We were very happy with that and I really appreciated it.

With booking.com (twice now) our rooms were in the poorer locations of the property... not a nice view. This is the second time we have had this happen with booking.com. Perhaps there should be some notice about booking.com prices mean least desirable locations on the properties.
This happened in Spokane at the Davenport where our view was of the air conditioning unit, lower floor and a parkade. Ugly. We requested a move but could only go down the hall, no higher but at least we could see something other than concrete.
This time we didn't want that to happen so we phoned the Spirit Ridge before arrival to request a lake view on an upper floor. The staff acted like this would be possible. No mention of more money. Upon check in we were informed s/he could SELL us a better room. The prices are such that we would expect some consideration about the room requests. Disappointed again as this feels like a game. Gorgeous pics on the web, pic your room, not as imagined.

All staff in the restaurant were great - service and food was great
Only poor spots were check in and check out - on check out they held us up for 20 min as they sorted out how to net out the included breakfast from the bill - their system issues should not be the customers problem ( much of this time was staff reviewing to ensure our breakfast costs were within policy, which they were !!!

room was very comfortable for 4 adults (3 bdrm)
hockey tournament, kids playing street hockey outside our window.
Not much of a view from our room - just of the rest of the resort.

Very spacious 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen. Very comfy bed. Outside pool and hot tub area clean with lots of pool loungers and towels. A lady slipped while exiting the hot tub and fell. The next day, there were some mats put down on the steps.
On site restaurant, "The Bear, The Fish, The Root & the Berry" had excellent service. Our dinner was very good except the Black forest cake dessert came unexpectedly partially frozen. When brought to the attention of our waiter, he removed it from the bill. Breakfast was also delicious. Chai tea latte was not on the menu, but the waitress (Victoria) made one for me and it was delicious!
Close to three golf courses. Sonoma Dunes is the onsite 9 hole course, Osoyoos Golf course is a 10 min drive away, and Nk'Mip is in Oliver about 20 min drive.
Requested a later check out time and it was granted. Very enjoyable stay and will definitely return!
Fitness room very small with very limited equipment. Could use an incline bench.

The resort was amazing, the rooms were awesome, they were big with lots of room.
The pool area was great, nice there was 2 pools
The fire pit area was awesome when it cooled off in the evening
The staff were all fantastic as well
The gym was a little disappointing, had enough cardio equipment, but as for weight training, just some weights, would be nice if they had a bench or 2 in there

Loved that the pool was heated. The hot tub looks like it needs a refresh soon. The water in both was immaculate. (Even after the little hockey players left!) good job pool guy!
The lady working at the pool was super friendly.
We golfed at the course. Very good condiition. The gentleman working the course could have been friendlier. Wasn't rude but did not come across as friendly.

I love the overall resort and the views are wonderful. Our room was ready early so we were able to have a little extra time there. We had 5 adults in our room and they made sure to bring us extra robes even without us asking. The pools were great, staff were around checking the pool as well to ensure safety and stocked towels. The room has most things you need to cook meals. We even utilized our patio barbecue.
Kitchen was missing a couple necessities such as dish cloths to do our dishes, we had soap but no cloths. Also missing coffee maker liners, had coffee but when going to make coffee it overflowed and left grounds everywhere because we had no liner.
Also I had called a couple weeks before my reservstion and asked if I could use the amenities before check in time such as visit the cultural centre and winery. I was told that was no problem and I could arrive early. However, when I did arrive early I was then informed the cultural centre isn't open until May. That was disappointing because then we couldn't access any trails behind the cultural centre either.

beds were very cozy comfy.
parking for loading and unloading was too busy to even get a spot both at arrival
and departure.

Suite was well appointed and comfortable. Beds were great. The view was amazing!
We had no idea we would have to climb 12 or so stairs to get to the villa. It was difficult carrying luggage all those stairs.

we enjoyed having a full kitchen
some of the appliances etc needed “tuning up”. the fridge in 214 desert suite was very loud at points. the electric fireplace was also noisy though not as noisy as the fridge. we should have alerted the staff, but being gone through the day, I would forget. another time I would ask for a different suite as we faced the conference centre and the road.
