I will not stay there again just to rundown.

It is right off the highway.

It is very rundown. It needs to be updated. We stayed there 5 years ago and what a difference in the rooms.

Staff is great, location is great, room was just okay and cleanliness is an issue.

The location is super! Very close to the hwy and easy to find. Lots of restaurants in the area. Very convenient. The lady I spoke to at the front desk was really nice and also bilingual. Being able to park close to the room was great. Pet-friendly.

Upon arrival I had to "inspect" the room quickly and then sign-off on it, I guess it's so I could not complain after. The room was not clean (I do accept that I should have been more thorough in checking so I accept responsibility for it) However, other travellers should know so they can do a better inspection. The price was very high for the type of motel that it is.

The Hotel from Hell

I didn't get to see the inside.

Receptionist was threatening to cancel my room if I didn't come by 11:30 pm. I did and she yelled at me anyway. I booked my first room and was told via app it was not available, so i reserved another. She wouldn't let me explain what happened or why, she was just pissed off I had two rooms and came in at 11:25. Not staying in a place like that.

This is the second room I picked, I guess but for some reason the receptionist refused to hear me say "I only need one room" She just threw her hands up and told me I had two...I don't get why she couldn't just stop and listen, or I don't know...cancel the other room? Definitely irritating she did the condescending "listen, lady" tone when calling me "lady" over the phone despite knowing what my name is. She's just an awfully rude person.

The curtains were ripped off their hooks and wouldn’t close, the door lock was broken and there was water on the bathroom floor.

Sub-par

The location is convenient for road-trippers

A few minutes after check-in, our door was unlocked and opened by a staff member without knocking, who yelled at us before closing it and leaving, offering no explanation. The hot water at the sink did not work and despite being a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was strong

Overall stay was ok

Bathroom door didn’t close...door jam broken,no clock..hole in bedspread,bucket chairs tattered.Could have been a little better for cost of room.

The staff was awesome and helpful. Their breakfast was satisfying.

Window was new but didn't lock. We had to rig a locking mechanism with my cane. The shower nob was missing but it was stuck on shower anyways. Batteries missing from remote. NO black out curtains in the room we used as our second night: too bright.

The room wasn't in tip-top shape, but the staff and atmosphere exceeded our expectations.

The decor was quaint and cozy. I liked it a lot. The fireplace and bed were adorable. The staff was the friendliest we met on our week-long vacation. They made you feel welcome, at home, and special.

Fireplace didn't work, the water in the jacuzzi did not smell nice. The tub had grime on it we washed off ourselves.

Close to the hwy, so great as we were just passing through on our way home. Also close to restaurants and shopping.

The motel is a little dated, but they are in the midst of renovation and upgrading

Bed was comfortable, Room was clean .

Window in room had no screen, window had no lock on it . Breakfast area was not appealing at all and not very clean washroom next to it was disgusting.

OK for a night on a road trip

Breakfast exceeded expectations - the variety of selections was a lovely surprise, the coffee was excellent!

Cleanliness of the bathtub and toilet area was not good. The bedding was fine and room ok but the tub was not clean.

Nice room and bathroom. Lots of hot water.

The room smelled like a wet ashtray. There was no dust and the floor was clean, but it must have been a smoking room and the smell was embedded in everything.
