Albergo moderno con piscina. Camera molto grande e pulita con parcheggio, ricca colazione inclusa, frigorifero e microonde. Staff efficiente e disponibile. Posizione distante dal centro ma ottima per risparmiare.

Gostei da opção de garagem e café da manhã
Não gostei de todo o resto, os quartos e corredores são sujos, tive que trocar de quarto 3 vezes porque haviam formigas nas camas, bem desagradável. Os corredores tem o carpete muito sujo, as funcionárias da recepção são pessimas, irônicas, fingem não entender o que você fala, respondem com ironia e desligam o telefone na sua cara, total falta de respeito. Nas 3 trocas de quartos por causa das formigas pedi o carrinho para ajudar com as malas e elas disseram que não estava disponível e nem olharam na minha cara. O gerente nunca nem vi, tentei marcar com ele mas não fui atendida, reclamei das formigas no booking e fui ignorada pela plataforma e pelo gerente hotel. É um formigueiro, não um hotel

La atención es realmente buena, el personal es amable, cálido y de buena ayuda.
Al desayuno todo era en platos de cartón y vasos plásticos todo desechable cosa que para el precio y lo que se paga no debería de ser. De todas maneras el desayuno era delicioso pero quizás implementar más variedad pero como vegetariana quede satisfecha ya que tenían opciones para vegetarianos.

Die Lage war für uns optimal. Alle Ziele in LA lagen westlich, sodass wir keine Umwege hatten.
In der Nähe ist das Citedel-Outlet und gleich nebenan eine Tankstelle und ein 7-Eleven (24/7 offen!).
Das Frühstück war wirklich gut und der Cappuccino hervorragend. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.
Dem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer zur straßenabgewandten Seite wurde umgehend entsprochen.

Auf unserer zweiwöchigen Rundreise war dies das beste Hotel. Obwohl andere sogar teurer waren, war hier alles top. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse ein super Frühstück, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Das einzig negative war, dass unser Badezimmer wie eine Räucherbude gestunken hat.

The Stuff is incredible nice and helpful. The Breakfast is really good.
Everything was very clean and the price was fine.
It's a perfect place, if you travel with family/kids.
The location is not really central. It took us one to two hours to get where we want (it's next to the Freeway.)
But I dont know, if there is a better place for the price.

1. The cooler/heater made a lot of noise
2. The power point in the washroom did not work
3. The staff seemed disinterested in answering queries or helping out
4. The overall level of hygiene especially in the washroom was questionable
5. They folded my used towels and left them on the rack as though new which makes me wonder if I even got a fresh towel when I checked in

I like all the facilities and breakfasts were excellent. The only thing I would mention was the duration of my stay there the corridors at the end of my room has a very strong smell of cannabis which was not nice! But overall is good!
The strong smell of cannabis from other guests of the hotel which is not the hotel’s fault. I supposed I could of mentioned about it at the reception but I didn’t bother I just put up with it for 3 days of my start over there as I’m out all day anyway but it was always during the evening that has occurred!

Específicamente se ubica en la zona de Commerce, Ofrece un desayuno continental bastante bueno con opciones de huevo, papa, salchicha o jamón, ademas pan cuadrado, muffins, opciones para hacer panqueques, maquina de cafe y jugos, yogurt y frutas. la conexión de wifi bastante buena y muy estable, ademas de ofrecer parking gratis. Walmart, Ross, Target bastante cerca 5-7 min aproximadamente.
Queda aproximadamente a 35 min del Parque de Universal (sin presa) y hasta 65-70 min en hora pico. lo cual debe tomarse en cuenta si se piensa ir a esos lugares

Beds were very hard, and the pool was not heated so we could not use it. We strictly booked this hotel for the pool for our child so that was a huge letdown.

Pani Alexandra była nieprzyjemna, niepomocna. Sprawiała wrażenie jakby ktoś ją zmuszał do pracy. Dawno nie spotkałem tak złego nastawienia do klienta.
Śniadanie było poniżej oczekiwań.
Długi czas oczekiwania na zwrot kaucji.

Es un alojamiento muy bueno. No está tan cerca del centro de los Angeles, sino que está intermedio entre Disneyland y Universal Studios Hollywood. El personal siempre fue muy amable y servicial. Tuve comunicación con el alojamiento y siempre me respondieron con rapidez y amabilidad.
El desayuno es muy bueno, hay de todo: cereales, leche, fruta, waffles, huevo preparado, huevo cocido, panceta, salchichas, opciones vegetarianas, pan, leche, máquina de café, todo bastante ampliado, y las personas que están ahí siempre están limpiando el área de alimentos y reabasteciendo los alimentos que se están terminando.
Nosotros nos transportamos primordialmente en Uber ya que tiene vía de acceso a la carretera principal y de ahí a muchos destinos, también tomamos transporte público porque hay algunas paradas cercanas al hotel.
Por temas de clima no usamos la pileta pero el agua si estaba templada (nos acercamos a tocarla) y vimos que la mantenían limpia.
La limpieza de las habitaciones la realizaron diario.
Realmente nos gustó mucho.
Solo un elevador funcionaba, por lo que en ocasiones era tardado utilizarlo.
Al estar cercana a la autopista, hay ruido de la misma por la noche (si tienes sueño ligero, sería un poco molesto para vos)
