Good hotel

The pool was a big hit with the kids! The room was clean , comfortable, and air conditioned. 6 minutes away from a major shopping Plaza.

A bit far from magnetic hil/ magic mountain.

Comfortable, convenient stay.

Location was excellent for walking to Walmart and the mall and to get on and off the freeway. Very good breakfast, everything was clean, room was comfortable.

The hotel is good for a short stay

The staff was really friendly and helpful , also the location is good close to the shopping mall and highway

The room is really standard...it's not bad but also not great. The beds are good! European hotels have a higher standard for less money. Breakfast was ok, they had french toast eggs muffin ect. There was a small swimming pool.

The breakfast was great, the coffee was really good. The staff was very helpful. The location worked well for where we needed to be . The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Our room had a good size fridge and lots of cupboards which worked well as we were there for a week

It was hard to regulate the temp in the room we found it either got too cold or too warm.

Except for noise problem - everything was fine!

Breakfast was good but two nights there was a lot of noise coming from a nearby room - like a family fighting! It was 11 p.m. and was not appreciate as my granddaughter and I were exhausted because of loved one in Moncton Hospital!

Be sure there is no noise at all after 10 p.m. - you have a huge hospital and we are not the only family from PEI coming here with a seiously ill relative so please be sure noise level is way down - completely gone from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Maybe have a staff member walk through the halls around 9:45 p.m.!

The staff are really friendly and helpful. Many have worked here for years. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, like family away from home

breakfast and staff

noise from the next room can be heard and also the noise from the hallway. there was NO exhaust fan on the washroom. they conducted a fire alarm test suring our stay without giving notice, they should inform us prior testing of fire alarm so that we will not be all in shocked and scared.

Location

As we stayed 8 nights we were advised that the rooms would not be cleaned and if we wanted a refresh to ask. The perks of staying in a hotel is having the rooms seen to on a daily basis without asking. If we had known we would have to ask for a room refresh we would not have stayed here, this is a perk of staying in a hotel that we like.

Had to get up early to shower as we were told there was going to be no hot water in the morning.

Very good breakfast…both hot and cold. Really pleasantly surprised to have bacon.
