Everything, it was perfect
Nothing. Perhaps a microwave would have been handy.

beautiful setting and serene peaceful atmosphere
The tiles in bathroom had edges and hurt if you stepped the wrong way on them

Perfect location, Easy late check-in, comfortable safe room, very clean and nicely maintained.
For some reason the hot water in the shower was more on the top end of lukewarm, not actually hot.

The room was clean and comfortable and the location was quiet. I also loved the fact that the room had a patio to sir on.
Nothing.

Great suite for a couples retreat, there's a magic that a real fireplace with real fire lends to a comfy relaxing space

Such a different type of hotel room so a welcome from boring large chains
Self check in takes some getting use to.
Stair access needs some attention

I loved how easy self check-in was, and that the rooms didn’t feel like a standard hotel, rather it was warm and cozy in aesthetic.
we’ll established spiderwebs in the shower made me question when was the last time the shower corners had been wiped down.

The room was very large, and beautiful, complete with a fireplace, which was a nice touch on a colder evening.
Some of the exterior needs a little cleanup, but understandable post-covid and short staff.

Quiet, clean, and spacious room. Comfortable bed. The refrigerator and small kitchenette area were much appreciated. We got in late and put together a meal from some takeout items from the supermarket.
A waste basket near the kitchenette area would’ve been useful. Also a box of tissue would’ve been appreciated. Personally, I didn’t find the pillows comfortable but my husband had no problem. We both found the bed very comfortable. I thought I followed the instructions carefully but I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee maker.

Privacy, quietness, nearness of restaurant
One small complaint… the bathroom was too cool even with the heated tile, we did try to turn up the temp but were not able to

Each room is unique (having stayed in two). The first was really nice. The second was spectacular! The view is great. Parking was very convenient. The staff go above and beyond. Oh - I wonder if anyone shares this - the restaurant on site smells so good. We weren't able to eat there. It's a point of great annoyance to me and I blame my husband. But we saw it. It was very clean and smelled so. Well you know.
Also nice and close to the airport. It wasn't loud. The airport is relatively small. But just down the road which was appreciated for early morning flight out and late night flight in. Yet it is also easy to get to stores and food.
The beds might have been a little more comfy. They were kind of low to the ground I think. They were in keeping with the ambience of the place, so I get the design aesthetic. We, however, were in town doing 14 hour days of manual labor (cleaning out a house). So when we got up in the morning to start again, we were sore. That's the whole story.

Beautiful location in a quiet part of the woods, close to the highway and airport. The lights in the trees added to the ambiance. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The deck was a very nice feature.
The toilet paper was very poor quality.

Great comfortable room with euro style. Wonderful balcony

Very nice that the restaurant is just downstairs. Dinner was exceptional. We were surprised to find only a few sheets of Kleenex and no microwave in the room but the quality of the bedding and comfort of the bed made up for it.
Oops I put that above

Very spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, large shower, great toilet paper. Also a great looking higher-end restaurant in the building which we did not try.
A handheld shower head

Very nice and quiet location. Will stay there every time I'm in Terrace.

The lodge itself is high end construction materials, exposed beams, native rock, CVG fir doors, expensive electric and plumbing fixtures in the bathroom, etc. It is also appointed very well with comfortable beds and linens. Our room had a mini fridge, desk, and a couple of comfy chairs. It had a nice balcony that looked out into a quiet hemlock grove. We did not meet the staff, due to COVID it was self check in. They did email us the check in procedure and then text us at the end of the day when we hadn't checked in yet and they were leaving. They are kind and responsive. The WiFi worked well and our neighbors were quiet. The only thing missing from a typical hotel room was a microwave. We did not get a chance to eat at the restaurants but they looked fantastic.
We had no complaints. There wasn't a microwave but we didn't need one.

I love the size of the room, a seating area, a work table and a desk. Would have loved a bathtub but the shower was nice.
