We expected free breakfast. We checked out before breakfast began.

The pool could have been functional. Breakfast was my error, I should have selected a stay with complementary breakfast.

It was centrally located for all our plans; the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us great restaurant ideas and local attractions info. The facility was clean, and our beds were comfortable.

We will be back, this stay was wonderful!

Everything was perfect and just what my partner and i needed for a one night stay. Thank you so much staff! Everyone was amazing from the front desk ladies who were so charming to the wonderful bartender manda who made terrific drinks and funny side conversations. All in all 10 outta 10! We will be back!

Great Downtown Location

The property was lovely, the staff was great, and the location was perfect..

The bed was way too hard for my taste, and the noise of the heat fan also kept me awake

Great location! Wonderful staff!

The location was great! The ladies at the front desk and bar area were wonderful! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Too much water softener, parking became difficult with the hotel completely booked, and the trains thru the night.

Nice modern hotel conveniently located within Canton

Convenient location within walking distance from many places including the Canton Palace Theater. Breakfast (pre-paid for when booking hotel) was good with a decent variety of food choices. King room was spacious and comfortable.

Decent business class hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant needs work.

The room was fine. Front desk and restaurant/bar service was very good.

I got pretty sick after having dinner at the restaurant. Most of the next day was wasted due to having an upset stomach.

placed in handicap room (not requested) - incomplete bathroom prep - terrible shower pressure and controls - one bed was unstable and therefore unusable - no room makeup unless specifically requested.

My stay at Downtown Hilton in Canton OH

The staff was great, the food was amazing.

I had booked a king size bed when I got to the room the air conditioning unit was blowing hot air 80 degrees in the room they had to move me into a different room but they didn't have any kings available the room was ok but didn't get a price cut I got a 5.00 voucher off of a beverage

The food was very good.The breakfast staff were nice.

On Tuesday morning, August 1st, after other family members finished eating, my grandson and I wanted to get coffee and just a small order. The 2 of us are not big breakfast eaters. The waitress/hostess was rude and made no attempt to accommodate us.
