A Basic Motel with a decent price for an overnight stay.

Room has no heating at all. I had to use the small bathroom heater provided. Same with the bathroom was too cold to be there for a few minutes.

I'm in Orillia a lot. I will stay there again next time I go.

The gentleman at the front desk waited for my friend and I to arrive as we got in late because of a show at Casino Rama. He waited to give us the keys to the bedroom.

Air quality in the room too poor to come back.

It’s location.

There was a smell of air freshener or cleaning product that just really irritated our breathing. We don’t know what it was. We tried to open window and door, but it did not help. We kept masks on. We both have breathing issues like asthma.

Maple motel? Never again

The manager seemed like she didnt want to rent the room.we went to see franky vally at rama and came home to no parking because morons who were in the other rooms took up a space and a half.I was pissed off.so we checked out at 830am instead of 11 check out time.We wont stay here again

Worth the price and location to ice fish!

Location was perfect. The owner was very pleasant and the price wasn't bad.

I will stay in this place again the next time i'm in town.

First is the operator/owner was very nice and accommodating, sorry forgot his name. First I have a little note request on my booking and he called me to tell me about what he can do about the request. When we were there he accommodate all our request and offer some more with a smiling happy face. He is really a treat to deal with when you're in a vacation. The units are really clean. I wouldn't say spotless as it's really dated but if you'll look closely you'll be confident that they took their time cleaning the place. You can't ask for a better location. It's facing the better side of the city, quiet and beautiful houses, literally close to the water and park (a block away), grocery and pharmacy at the back, downtown/entertainment district a couple of blocks.

the place have seen it's glory days.
