Location was perfect

We stayed there for a few days and our room was never made up

I would stay there again but without the kids because of the people who frequent the neighborhood

Was clean and close to restaurants.

No fault of the hotel owner, sketchy intoxicated people drinking were in area, may have been nice part of town years ago. Pool and hot tub were shut down for maintenance.

Even though advertised on all the booking platforms and even on the sign outside they did not have breakfast. Misleading information for travelers!!

Very unfriendly check-in. Room was sticky and boiling hot!

Breakfast and pool/sauna were advertised but NOT opened. Even my receipt said full breakfast included in price. There was nothing offered in place of this like a complementary breakfast or voucher for a restaurant

Tired and unhappy travels

Easy to find

Rooms need an update, pool was not open though it was on the website when we booked. The notice was on the door to the office . Drove 12 hrs and was not happy about the fact we could not relax after.

it was decent as always. Clean and friendly staff.

I like the staff and that booking is easy and accommodating.

it’s near the main road and parking isn’t the greatest. Would like Covid to lift so that the pool can be used and breakfast can be had in the mornings

Poor

That was an issue. There was no breakfast provided. Apparently due to covid! I’ve stayed at other locations recently and they managed to fulfill their commitment of breakfast. I asked for a discount because of the no breakfast policy and I was told I could cancel my reservation. In other words if you don’t like it go stay somewhere else!

Location is very noisy and check in personal was quite rude

Poor

Breakfast was only coffee in the room. I asked for a late check out and was refused. There were only 3 other rooms occupied but I was told they were "too busy". I have earned late check out as a perk for being loyal to Booking.Com. That is what the Wyndham in Quesnel thinks of your booking site!!
