Devin at the front desk is superb when dealing with people.
Thank you Devin.
Beds were great, rooms clean and comfortable.
Pool was totally full the entire weekend, could not use it or the hot tub which is expected, so all good.

pool was amazing for the kiddos, water was warm and hot tub was hot.
waitress made our daughters pizza request happen with kitchen staff. went above and beyond by asking the kitchen staff to make a pizza thin crust light cheese, it was so good - she wanted another!
nothing to not like

The water park area was great for the kids.
Rundown condition of the rooms.

I like the Staff they are very approachable and helpful. The water slide is nice and water park. The hot tub is good.
I don't like the noise, I can hear people talking outside our bedroom. My baby woke up in the middle of the night because someone slammed their door. The swimming pool is too crowded you can't swim. The bed and their pillow is not that comfortable. The bathroom as you can see in the picture. Not worth for the price.

the Staff were absolutely amazing and addressed everything quickly. Even the person parked in accessible parking that should NOT have been parked their so we could park our vehicle closer as I am in a wheelchair. The restaurant is also amazing
The beds are so uncomfortable, and I am sure the water park was over limit many times. NO POOL STAFF were making sure adults were with their little kids and at one point the only adult in the water with 30 kids was my husband and no other adult around but myself in a wheelchair. Kids were doing cannon balls into a 5 foot deep pool and kids 6months -4 years of age were constantly in the hot tub. Also jumping in. Few times there were 30-40 bodies in the hot tub kids included when the max was 22. I really believe you need to make sure children are accompanied in the water and at all times in the water park. I was quite bothered that at one point in the whole area their was approximately 60 kids and their was only My Husband, Myself in a wheelchair and another adult staring at their cell phone in the water park. It would’ve been more enjoyable if it was actually monitored the amount of kids in the area. It was completely UNSAFE at all times we were in the water park area with the amount of people in their.
Also the noise of people from 9am-11pm going past our room was ridiculously insane.
The rooms need a serious update & better beds.
Their was also a really bad draft in our room.

No complimentary breakfast!

Location was close to family and other activities
The breakfast I ordered was good, but not great and I would've preferred it be added to my room Bill than paying at the door

Good for little kids who don't know better.
Tv didn't work, stains all over the walls by tv, like someone splashed coffee all over.window latches broken. Hallways stunk. Parking very condensed. Tiny pool. Extremely cold in the pool area.

It would have been nice to know the requirements for the slide before booking. My son was a little too short. I tried going down before him so I could catch him and the lady rudely told me that was not allowed. Ironically she told me I'm not allowed to let my son come right after me for his safety at the same time some bigger boys were pushing and shoving each other. One fell and hit his yet yet she said nothing to them. The pool towels were wet, staff were meh. Not rude. Not friendly. Just nothing. We won't return.

Beds were really comfy
Pool area was a bit congested

The water park and the location.
The pool had some guests that were not supervised by parents and they were a nuisance. also some areas of our room’s bathroom needed more
of a deep clean.

We stayed in a 2 queen room. The room itself was updated and nice. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The restaurant and pub inside the hotel was a great bonus.
The bathroom in the room was very out of date. There was no ventilation fan, and it was teeny tiny. The shower pressure was bad. Needs updating forsure. The pool was very dirty, and extremely busy for the size. We left the pool very quickly and showered, as we saw scum floating on top of the water, and debris in the pool. Very disappointed in the Waterpark as we booked the hotel for this reason.
