The Front Desk Clerk deserves a 10/10 for her efforts during the stay. We were at the hotel for the Rolling Stones Concert at Gillette Stadium and the hotel had no air conditioning. The young woman working the reception handled herself with respect and grace as the Management left her holding the bag for the situation.
Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the Rolling Stones Concert with no air conditioning. The response from the General Manager was nonexistent. I asked to speak with him on 4 separate occasions, and even though he was on the property he declined to appear. The last time I asked, I was told he would contact me which he has not done. It has been 2 weeks. In believe that everyone who was staying should have been compensated in some way for the poor way we were treated. Very little effort was made to make the guests as comfortable as possible. After checking out we both became ill and are now on antibiotics.

Nice staff, but dont Know how to release deposits without charging your card. Do not go here!
The staff is poorly trained and instead of refunding my deposit they charged me. When I called to inform them, they apologized and charged me again. To date they have not refunded my money back. Do not use this hotel! The don’t know how to remove deposits and they don’t answer the front desk phone.

It was nice just as the prior properties we’ve stayed at.
There was very little hot water in our room. Took time for it to warm up to Luke warm. Didn’t call the front desk as the person who checked us in clearly did not enjoy her job and was not personable at all.

The TV and toilet wasn’t working but the toilet was fix within seconds but because the tv was Broking we complain about and was giving a choice to move to another room which we did and that was inconvenience, then this new room didn’t have a trash can, I was very disappointed with the this hotel.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday there was no fruit available. Monday the bananas were over ripe. We were on the 5th floor and had problems with the lack of hot water.

Location was convenient to restaurants, plenty of parking.
Went with family. Reserved 2 rooms. One room was not ready at checkin, we waited an hour for the room to be cleaned.
The king room with sofa bed was anissue. That room was not cleaned. Used towels and soap present. What the real issue was however;
When the sofa bed was opened up, there were sheets already. When removed they felt damp. There were several yellow spots on the mattress. One at least 3 foot in diameter.
The staff were unresponsive to the phone call. A half hour later we went to the lobby, we’re told we could change rooms. We declined since we had unpacked during the hour we waited for the 2nd room to be cleaned. Was told staff were looking for a new mattress. Another 30 minutes go by, no one called or came to the room. Husband returned to the lobby. Staff at desk acted surprised. Fortunately the housekeeping manager ( who had only just started the job) was present. She had not heard about the issue and came up to the room. When she saw the mattress she was appalled. She was the ONLY responsible staff present. She immediately had the mattress removed, cleaned the entire sofa/bed herself, disinfected everything.
Housekeeping staff were seen throughout our 4 day stay at the end of the hallway, on cell phones.

Room had the smell of dog. Saw a dog pee in the lobby and the owner did nothing to get it cleaned up. Was given a price for a larger room online but assigned a smaller room at hotel. Asked but did not receive lower price although was told they were giving us a lower price.

When I walked into the room, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but I was instantly hit with a strong odor or stale cigarettes and a blast of Lysol. There was a dirty washcloth left in the shower as well.

Our room had pet hair in the carpet. Next time I’ll make sure ahead of time to ask for a room that doesn’t allow pets in it (as I have allergies).

The staff was excellent! Rebecca and Tania on check in and check out; great smiles and good eye contact, as well as knowledgeable and appeared happy to help. The GM, Brian, responded well to a request for a conversation to discuss some observations. (See below)
The exercise facility is very good! Two ellipticals, 3 treadmills , barbells and a universal. One problem, NO CUPS for the water machine! Although I had noted this on my first day, they were still not available on day three.
The hotel is quite dated, stain missing from bottom of bathroom door, walls showing some damage, rugs quite worn in hallway and rooms. BUT, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked, other than one USB plug in bedside table. My main criticism was that we arrived at 910 for breakfast on 5/5/23 and the eggs were gone, there was one yogurt left, one half rotten banana, very little of the breads (just the heel of one loaf), both the plain and blueberry pancake batters were gone. The woman in charge noted that breakfast closed in 15 minutes as the reason for the paucity of available choices. Although she did prepare some additional regular pancake batter, it is my strong feeling that quantities sufficient to maintain a consistent standard should be available throughout the listed meal time.. A woman sitting next to us with what appeared to be her husband and two sons noted to them. "I would rather go out and pay for breakfast than eat here. If we ever come back here we will stay somewhere else." I did relate this to the GM, Brian, and whether our conversation had anything to do with it or simply my initial experience was an aberration from normal, the next two days were a dramatic improvement. There were two people working the breakfast. Everything was kept in appropriate quantities throughout the meal hours. I still believe the menu could use some updating. While recognizing the need to remain cost effective, the "free" breakfast is a key element in the mid-level competition and this hotel's breakfast will not be a "selling" point.

The location was close to the college we were visiting.
Hotel is outdated, bathroom was not cleaned. The fridge was not working in the room. I called the front desk and was told they would look to see what could be done. Waited an hour and called back and wa stold they did not call me back because they did not want to bother me. I needed to store breastmilk. They said they could not move me or find a working fridge. Ended up having to use the employee fridge and kitchen freezer. Was also told a manager would follow up with me..to this day I have not heard anything back.
