Bom custo benefício e ótima localização.

O quarto era bem limpo e a localização era muito boa! Fica perto de vários restaurantes!

Poucas meses para o cafe da manhã, tinha que chegar pelas 7h pra conseguir mesa.

Lobby receptionist staff suck

Fairly clean it was aproxímate to the stadium

Staff was rude especially the girls handling reception they were not friendly or welcoming they looked mad to be working there. But they treated a white man with respect and asking him how his stay was and having a nice conversation like if they were educated but if you are unfortunately Their own race they treat you like crap they should be trained to treat everyone equal we are all paying the same . We also paid for 3 people yet they wouldn’t provide a roll away bed and when I booked it they said they Would I asked nicely to borrow the key to the lobby bathroom because I forgot my key in the room and the girl in reception was acting like why are you bothering me.

Uncomfortable, some of the housekeeping needs to be retrained and know they need what rooms are accupied and what rooms

It was close to dignity sports health park.

Staff member walked into my room without knocking, even though I had the sleeping sign on my door. It was around 10 am it wasn’t even near our check out time, I felt violated because I was undressed and I’m sure he saw me. I messaged the property right away but have not received a response. I don’t think I will stay there again.

Clean, quiet, friendly, and safe feeling.

Clean, and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

There was no hand soap in my room. But i used shampoo to wash my hands.

Pleasant. Beds were comfortable blanket was wonderful.

The lady to check us in the first night was wonderful, cordial, friendly and had a wonderful smile.

Next day.. we asked the other lady if we could book an another night because we were attending a funeral wasn’t as pleasant, cordial and didn’t smile a single time. So we decided to drive back to Las Vegas.

Bedbugs

Bedbugs bites when I woke up. Not only me my kids also got bitten by bedbugs.

When we paid the good price, we always want great service and clean room.

The accommodations were okay, maybe the windows could have been cleaned. They were really dirty.

Free breakfast, coffee and wi-if.

I was charged an additional amount for my room 3 days after my stay.

Relaxing and refreshing…thank you!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was a safe facility.

The hallways were rather warm, set at 79 degrees on the 4th floor. Maybe bring down a touch.

Very pleased with this facility and would recommend to others

Professional and friendly staff good access to Cal State as I was attending graduation of family member extended check out time manager Henry was very helpful

The sofa bed mattress is old and in bad condition. It's uncomfortable to sleep on.

Exceptional

The hotel is very secure... and provides all the privacy we need. There are no shortage of parking spaces. Breakfast is awesome.

The App I used to pay for these 2 rooms charged me double... so Booking.com to me is a rip off.

Staff wasn't friendly, but the security guards were friendly and very helpful.

I didn't eat there.

My door key card didn't work. The battery on the door lock had to be charged twice.

The staff were very considerate & quickly tried to resolve problem.

I returned to my room on Saturday morning because i wasn't feeling well. I wanted to relax, watch a movie, perhaps take a nap. I was concerned because it may have been a migraine & stress is a big factor. The TV didn't work, so i decided to head home before the weather & my condition worsened. I didn't want to be sick in a room, with no distraction. The head Front Desk man told me to write you, for a refund he approved. His name is Henry. I was in Rm419 Friday the 13th. Please refund me for Saturday. Thank you.
