Tried calling for wake up call. Line busy for 20 minutes. Had to walk down to desk for assistance. What if someone was in trouble? All lines were busy.

Proximity to the airport. Denny's and another restaurant in the same complex. Friendly and courteous reception staff. Clean, safe, and affordable accommodation.

Construction noise before 8am during our stay.

Heat in the room extremely hot. I told girl when checking out they could have sent someone to turn on air conditioner to cool room. Will do next time, if necessary.stay was good.

I like the location and restaurants

I was extremely disappointed with the price almost double what I'm used to paying at this hotel that I have stayed at for many years as a Frequent overseas traveler I was extremely disappointed with The rude people that had moved in next door and across the hall from me that was a group of people together they thought it was very convenient for them to have their conversations outside of my door in the hall From 10:30 PM until 4 o'clock AM even though they were asked by me and night manager didn't stop ! Giving me absolutely no rest for 22 hour flight. I'm afraid after this last stay that I will consider looking for another hotel

I booked early a received a good rate, a fair rate. If I had booked later I would have had to pay too much.

lousy parking lot

location was perfect, near the airport and zoo, shops for food only 200m down the road. 15 min taxi to down-town.

room was dusty, you had to advise everyday if you wanted your room cleaned. noting that covid is now something of the past, i expected that the room would be cleaned as a standard service rather than still requesting the "contact".

The 24 hour Denny's was prime and the free shuttle to airport was bless

maybe something electrical that needed to be fixed but whenever we turned on the lights in the room or bathroom they would flicker and make crackling noises

The location was convenient. The room was a good size. Comfortable bed

Little to no hot water on one occasion. Even with the tap turned all the way to hot the water was lukewarm at best. This occurred 4 of the 6 days we were there. The front desk said it was a boiler issue.
