They left the key under the mat for me
From the photos, I had no idea how seedy and dangerous this hotel was. We got her at 4 am. Could not sleep because the sounds of sex and partying all around our room, and then I find out in the morning that it takes 2 or 3 days to get my deposit back for this dump, and the staff member wouldn't even try and call her manager to find another way. This is a gross seedy motel, don't be fooled by the photos

Quite and nice large room

Nothing about this place makes me want to ever go back. If I was in an episode of the walking dead and needed shelter, Id likely keep going.
Breakfast sucked, beds horrible, overall condition of the place would be run down.

What breakfast?
Uncomfortable bed, room set up was very odd, no water pressure in the shower and I had to lift the back off the toilet and manually lift up to flush the put the lid back on...oh and none of my online requests for a specific room or to be on the main floor was past on the the hotel.

it was quite and nice
that the breakfast wasn't hot and I had a kitchen in my room but no cutlery or pots or plates

We got a brown bag. Thaught we get a sit down tea or coffee type continental breakfast. But maybe due to covit rules and staffing. It was close to the River Cree ..8 to 9 mins. Were we saw a great show Daniel O'Donnell.
The smoke detector was open ...looked like battery was gone.

Good location for our needs. Staff were friendly. Nice exterior flower garden area. Had our bagged breakfast outside.
Breakfast a disappointment. Previous stay was much better. Had sit down breakfast.

Location
Electricity always tripped. No power
5.0
Good size room, mattress and pillows
Air conditioning was in a poor location, difficult to turn on and off.
Breakfast was served in a brown bag and was the same every day. We only took it a couple of times due to food allergies. Many residents were living there for longer periods and were noisy .
You were not reachable for a refund as we left this location a couple of days early. Your picture of the location was good only in so far as it covered the front but not the actual rooms.

Room was relatively inexpensive and had an extra bed in case my brother decided to come at last minute (which he didn’t). Separate living room/kitchen which usually would have been a preference
Air conditioners were extremely noisy and didn’t work well - I had to turn the bedroom one off in order to sleep.

The bathroom smell bad cigarette smoky all the time, and that make all the room bad smell.
We have small kid, and can't breath in the room.

Super cute place, staff was very nice and it was clean. Convenient to River Cree Casino where I needed to be for the Ice Wars.
Most uncomfortable bed to sleep on, the floor would have been softer. Couple soft spots on the floor may have a subfloor issue

I liked the location and the private window for the room
the pipes next to our bed kept banging randomly throughout the night and startled us each time

It was a dirty place that could use some updates. Toilet felt like it was gonna come off the floor/wall every time you sat on it.

Close to West Edmonton, beds were comfortable, room was clean.
Place seems a bit run down, breakfast was given in a bag and not for all people in the room even though we booked properly.

Absolutely nothing. Can't believe booking.com would even put this drug hotel on there site.
Police patrol the parking lot. Housekeeper rude as hell. I'm 100 percent sure this is kind of hotel where all the drug addicts come too. I wouldn't even get under the sheets, no duvet on the bed at all, just a very disgusting room. I've never been so freaked out in my life, not even worth 25 dollars a night, hair in the tub the ledge below the towels with just thick of dust and hair, tub wouldn't drain and i wouldnt even shower in it anyways scared I would catch something no security at night the front desk guy was rude as too. So if you lose your room key coming in late forget about getting in your room basically you have to sleep in yoir car. All out the whole place should be condemned. Horrible place should be shut down.
