The property was clean.
The receptionist at the front desk was very rude.

It’s was nice and clean
Had to with staff and booking was charged for a room that booking canceled on me. Didn’t get the room I requested after they canceled on. They called 8am left no message no return number. Got charged way too much.

I LOVED my spacious king size bedroom. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was nice and clean. Although, I just stayed over for the night, I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel could have offered HBO, Starz, etc. However, I didn't watch much tv.

They need better customer service the room was expensive for no free breakfast the hotel was empty but we still couldn't check in until check in time and we were beat from traveling no compassion

The room wasn't ready. The parking was not free! Which isn't stated on your site! 24$/day is ridiculous having already paid for the room. We paid for breakfast for 9 people and the breakfast sucked! Over cooked eggs and bunrt potatoes.i will never stay here again!

The lobby appeared to look nice!
Ice bucket was NOT CLEAN, had to go upstairs & the tv lost signal due to wind being strong per the front desk representative whom did seem to, so I had nothing to watch on tv my entire stay which pissed me off

Spacious and comfortable room met all our needs for a quick overnight stay. The front desk was very helpful in helping us plan for a shuttle ride to the airport the next morning.

The property was clean.
From the moment I enter the property, I was treated poorly. I am a solo handicapped amputee that’s travels with a motorized wheelchair. I could not get assistance with luggage and when my sister explained that she needed help with the wheelchair in the car, instead of helping or getting assistance the woman brought us a wheelchair. Once that issue was semi taken care of, I check in and told that I did not have a reservation. I had to call my fiancé and have her read the confirmation number and pin to the supervisor on speaker. The reservation was made on booking.com, an app we have used for years. After close to a half hour of going back and forth it was discovered I was right, my fiancé was right…we received no apology. Then I was charged for the nights room when the payment was already scheduled through booking. We were charged double. No apology but rather it will take up to 5-7 days for the error to reverse. So now I am out of over $200+ that was meant for my birthday celebration with my sisters I haven’t seen in years. Then they told me the next morning that I could have a complimentary breakfast. I specifically asked what was available and was told whatever is listed on the menu. I order breakfast and upon finishing I am told that I need to pay for the pancakes, they weren’t included.
I have to say that this property killed the celebratory mood for the weekend. I have never have had such discourteous attitudes, unprofessional problem solving skills, and down right rude. If indeed this property has double charged a 1 night stay this will go as high as possible. Especially since friends & other family are expecting me to post how great everything was.
