Not clean, not recommended

Only thing good was that there were many restaurants and gas stations around which made those things easier

1. Cleaning and hygiene was a big problem, there were insects in room and kettle were rusty. 2. Internet was too slow to use. 3. Receipt not provided during checkout for the payment made to hotel for the stay

The location was good on a side road of the Hwy. Definitely a 2 star hotel. We were grateful for the clean linens and bathroom and flooring.

It was in need of repair and some cleaning. The heater was In pieces , the blind in the bathroom was missing slats and was very dirty. The advertised breakfast buffet style to be eaten in our room was a cereal dispenser, milk, tiny muffins not refilled (maybe 2 dozen for a busy morning), juice was like 5 Alive, coffee and tea.

I had better service for cheaper.

Breakfast was very poor quality. The office lady was rude. Rooms smelled cigarette smoke.

Clean the carpet better. Could use better toiletery products.

We wouldn’t stay there

The motel was so poor after checking the room we decided not to stay there even though we had paid for it.

Good price and well situated property, would use this motel again.

Great price and an easy location from Highway. Clean and everything worked!

No bad things here, budget facility at a budget price. Would have preferred better pillows as with all motels never firm enough or sufficient quantity.

A handy stopover spot, clean & tidy

We very much appreciated the breakfast included (fresh muffins, cereal, juice, coffee,tea). You don't normally get that in motels. The location is practical and the facilities were very clean and tidy.

There was a noisy machine somewhere near the room (air con? Ventilation?) that was a bit bothersome. Also pillows were a bit hard. *However* I don't understand the reviews rating of 6 for this motel, it should be higher, 7-7.5 to be fair!

Convenient location for an overnight but not the lap of luxury!

Highway motel so location for one night was ideal.

Its Aweosme

The room was pretty good. We forgot our stuff in the hotel and they packed that in a proper way when we returned to pick up that next day the staff was properly handled and packed. I really appreciated this.

No extra locks.

Location availability and price. .

The dead bolt lock was missing, and there was no u lock or other manual lock on the inside of the door. Only a key door nob. Felt unsafe.

Disappointing

Great location.

This place was virtually empty the night I stayed here. The manager puts some people with two large dogs in the room right above me. They could have been placed anywhere in the hotel, but no, they had to be put there. Now they are going in and out of the room, slamming doors, the dogs are barking at everything, and one of them fell asleep and was snoring so loud it woke me up. I had to be up at 4 am and was extremely upset that I couldn't get a good night sleep. Perhaps some consideration of the guests already placed would go a long way.....

I was looking for the cheapest possible room for 4 nights. I paid a 4 star price for a 2 star.

Late staff walked to let me in through snow and cold after big snowfall.. I liked that the best. I liked parking within 3 M of my room.

No eletrical plug in bathroom. Tub is too slippery to use. I have a new hip, and wouldn't risk it. Tiny soaps are too tiny. Really? Pay the extra 2 cents. Electrical outlet by bed is 70 years old and no longer holds a plug. No bidet attachment on toilet. They are 50 bucks. Do us all a favour!

Great value for the money

The staff were great and answered all my questions. They even recommended a great Sushi restaurant that was only a few minutes walking distance.

Everything was fine, but the advertised basic breakfast was not available.

Close to highway

Hot tub out of order. No light breakfast as was advertized. The room had a musty smell. And the tv wouldn’t work in the morning.
