The bed was clean and comfortable, but that is it. I have happily stayed at several Hampton Inn’s across the nation, but after the Temecula location I don’t think I can stay at one again. The hallway was deplorable even with the rehab construction. Walls were dirty and yellow and the carpet reminded me of The Shining! Seriously the creepiest and worst hallway and room. There was a huge sticky stain on the carpet in the room. And the toom’s carpet was oversll gross and dirty. There was a gross stain on the seat of a guest chair, oily stains on neutral gray wallpaper, and hair in the bathroom shower. We could not wait to escape this building. We did not do the breakfast either. We packed up and left as soon as possible.
Overall the Absolute WORST hotel stay especially the worst Hampton Inn stay!

This photo is not of the property it is the one next door.
Expensive for what it was.

The room and the staff..
They spelled my name wrong under the reservation. It's Brandi Clay, not Clay Brandi.
4.2
Close to old town
Under construction, room was not the cleanest

Not much to like
Clogged drains. Filthy carpets. Non-functional water coolers. Paper-thin walls. Unfinished lobbies. The place was a mess.

Conveniently located in Old Town Temecula and a pickup/dropoff location for the Grapeline Winery shuttle bus, which we reserved for the Big Red Fest. The front desk gave us waters, which was an excellent call! We could also easily walk to bar/restaurant options for dinner. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed the waffles. No issues at all with the room, would definitely stay here again! Oh and right now there was a big nest with some ravens above the Hampton Inn sign, thought that was adorable :)

Clean, newer facility.
Housekeeping doesn't come every day. So items that we ran out of (coffee, towels, kleenex) we had to go get. Also room temperature was difficult to control.

Great location to easily get around Temecula while staying off the main freeways …you could easily hop on Jefferson Avenue and cruise up to Murrieta
Maybe needs more lighting around parking areas on the side of building and the staff at the front desk although were great, just maybe needed some support staff to run errands to rooms because they would have to leave front desk unattended although it was only briefly …

We were very happy with this hotel overall. Super helpful and welcoming staff at the front desk as soon as we arrived and helpful at different points during our stay. The rooms are clean and fresh. The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices and also plenty of room to sit, which is not always the case at other Temecula/ Murrieta hotels. Reasonable prices as well. We'll go back.
This is not anything that the hotel can control, but it's easy to drive into the hotel as you're coming off the freeway at Rancho California, but as you leave, you're obligated to turn right and drive a bit.

Breakfast was awesome! They had a full breakfast, including make your own waffles (and mini waffles!! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We stayed a little longer at the jacuzzi/patio as a small group of middle-aged ladies chatting and they let us. Parking was free. Very nice stay. Great location to go winetasting.
Nothing. All great.

Breakfast was good, with plenty choices. Staff very friendly and accommodating throughout property. Great location to Wine Country, Pechanga and other destinations. Easy access in and out of hotel area. Plenty of restaurant, fast food choices nearby. Good mid-level hotel, reasonably priced.
Beds and sofa bed weren't as comfortable as before (I stayed here ten years ago). Otherwise no real complaints

Breakfast very good and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Bed very comfy, good shower pressure. Close to Old Town area of Temecula. Overall good stop on our travels.
Furniture in room a little bit beat up, in particular the maroon armchair. Guest laundry was closed for repairs.

Room size decent. Bed is comfortable.
It's an overpriced motel. Room not serviced if you don't stay more than 4 days which is dirty and crazy if you think of the price you are paying. Hot water was not always there. Employee at the reception was simply unprofessional, unhelpful and unprepared. I paid almost 500 US dollars for 2 nights. A COMPLETE RIP OFF. I wish I would have stayed in a motel I probably would have get better service.
4.2
The breakfast was excellent, it is a well-rounded selection with something for everyone!
