Parking was $30 a day and the room was ok but it was noisy as far as hearing other guests. For the price i paid it should have been nicer.

The smell, price, cost of parking and room. It was close to the fillmore which is why we came up to MD. I will not be going back. Alot of homeless and not many Americans but alot of foreigners. Hostile area.

There was no heat and the smoke alarm kept going off.

Highly recommended

Friendly staff, good location, affordable rates.

They only clean rooms when guest is gone for good and a permanent wet spot on a piece of carpet close to the bathroom door.

the hotel is alright but it’s not peaceful or nice environment or location

the property is affordable

We did not feel safe at this hotel. There was homeless coming in constantly going up in the elevators. One tried to kick us as we were leaving the elevator. Constant people coming in from the street wondering around the hotel. The rooms have doors to room next door which allows noise to travel easily. Our first night we were awoken at 4:00am to our neighbour singing. I had a homeless man also try to attack just down the block on my way leaving the hotel.

It was decent but not worth what I paid.

Location was nice and close to a lot of places so very convenient. I liked the room had good AC and was pretty comfortable.

Service because i constantly asked for my room to be cleaned with new sheets/towels but never got it and I was there for 4 days! Then they acted the breakfast was included with booking the room but they charged extra for the breakfast!

It was a little less than OK

I book with the doubletree but when I got there it was just Silver Springs the rooms were outdated they overcharge me when I got there I'm completely disappointed at the fact that I had stains on my bed now the customer service was wonderful the people downstairs were wonderful very Is very nice individual But I booked the doubletree and it didn't have doubletree amenities or accommodations so I'm completely like what's going on as much as they charged

The bed was cozy.

The room for one night was overpriced. Pet fee is way expensive. Have to pay for parking and breakfast wasn’t included. It’s just too expensive even for one night. Won’t ever stay again.

The location was perfect. The staff was great and overall the facility was quiet.

The rooms were dated, no microwave and it doesn’t make sense to have to pay $30 a night for parking when you have paid to stay at the hotel. That should be included in the price.

No as comfortable as I would have liked.

The room wasn’t cleaned. I didn’t realize that I had to request that as I was not told at check in. The first room I was given smelled so strongly of smoke I could take a breath. The second room only had a little open cubby hole for a closet which I didn’t notice until a long time later. There was no counter in the bathroom.
