Beautiful hotel in an excellent location to explore Beverly Hills

All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent with it only being a short walk into Beverly Hills. The room was spacious with everything we needed

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und der Service war an sich auch gut.

Wir haben eine Upgrade der Suite bekommen, direkt neben der Baustelle, sodass die Scheinwerfer direkt in unser Zimmer geschienen haben. Das Badezimmer roch so, als hätte da jemand früher geraucht. Parkingservice verlangt genau den gleichen Preis für Hotelgäste wie für andere Gäste und unser Auto wurde einmal verstellt, sodass wir fast 1 Stunde warten mussten bis es wiedergefunden wurde. Für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse erwarte ich was anderes

I expected more from a Hilton Hotel.

The hotel is nicely located in Beverley Hills, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. There is a free shuttle that takes guests to destinations within a mile of the hotel.

We were put in the West Tower and had to endure noise from construction trucks at a site across the street. The noise continued until about 2 a.m. and resumed early the next morning. An area of approximately 4 feet by 5 feet of the floor next to the window was soaking wet. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until I sat on the wet carpet to exercise.

Dieses Hotel hat Geschichte und ist legendär. Die Lage ist natürlich toll, wenn man Beverly Hills und Hollywood in den Fokus nimmt. Ein durchweg super freundliches, professionelles und aufmerksames Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt begleitet - das fing bei der Parkeinweisung/Valet Parking an, über den Check in und zog sich durch bis zur Rückgabe des Autos. Unser Zimmer im 5. Stock war sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit großem Balkon. Oftmals sind es auch die Details, die den Unterschied machen - Pflegeprodukte, Wasserflaschen im Auto bei Rückgabe usw.. Wir waren in einigen Hotels dieser Kategorie, insbesondere auch von Hilton, - das Beverly Hilton hat mich/uns begeistert. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und war bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

I love being at the Hilton and I love Beverly Hills. I would take the same trip and do it all the same again!

Inside the hotel is beautiful and very clean The most impressive was the men that work outside the door to greet you upon your arrival. They open doors and carry your bags. They are such respectful gentlemen.

I didn’t like my view. Seeing the old roof wasn’t pretty. The outside needs to be updated

Great stay we will book again when we return to the area.

We loved the buffet breakfast. All the items were fresh and very tasty. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the things we wanted to do. Everyone was courteous and professional. Our room was large with a balcony, and we enjoyed lunch there.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beverly Hilton. It was elegant and comfortable.

Great location in the heart of Beverly Hills. Comfy bed and beautiful pool/bar area.

It was so difficult for Ubers and taxis to get in and out. Entrances and exits were closed off at different parts of the day. Protestors with megaphones and drums at 6am every single morning right at the entrance of the hotel caused quite the scene every day.

flagship Hilton, was ok - bit cold feeling

well fitted out, byredo shampoo and conditioner which was a nice touch. classic Hilton - good we similar to what you get world wide round. balcony was a let down - looking at on a roof and a crane (that’s not the hotels fault tho). noon checkout was good.

balcony wasn’t worth paying for. food was ok - nothing special. sink was dirty with toothpaste in it which is disappointing when paying so much.

Great rooms and facility, poor service, and the majority of the staff aren’t friendly

the room was nice spacious with a balcony and nice bathroom

the service wasn’t up to the standards at all! I had a problem with my bathroom which wasn’t resolved for more than 8 hours. I was even consistently calling the concierge without any responses. I had a medical condition that day and needed the bathroom to be repaired! The staff weren’t friendly or welcoming at the reception. One of the receptionists won’t even let me finish my sentence and address my concern/question. I didn’t get the value for money for this booking in terms of service.
