Amazing host, beautiful place

The place is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but even more remarkable was Darren as a host. He was amazing receiving my mom eventhought she doesn''t speak english, he was so kind and supportive. I felt so grateful and happy to find this place for my mom short stay in Sidney.

I’ll be back!

This suite is on a quiet residential street but only a short walk to the Main Street where all the coffee shops, restaurants and shopping are located and a short walk to the water to enjoy the views.

This cozy cottage is well laid out and lovingly appointed, if you wanted to make a meal, you could but if you just wanted to relax, you can do that too.

Half way to learning the secret handshake

So clean and spacious. A short walk into town. We felt like we were staying with family for the weekend.

We couldn’t find a deck of cards.

Fabulous location and accommodations!

Fabulous location and accommodations! Highly recommend for anyone to choose to stay here over staying at a hotel. I have stayed at many hotels in the area and this exceeded all of those for value and comfort

Nice home, great location, great host.

Great location. Good 2 bedroom home.

Not a dealbreaker but some might not like the airport flight path directly overhead.

Exceptional

The bed was amazing, There is a fountain outside my bedroom window and it was so soothing, I slept so good, I woke up refreshed every morning. The kitchen has an island that is nice and large for quests or for working (I was working) Kitchen was well equipped, and spacious, two ovens, full size fridge, great area for making meals. Outside my kitchen door was a patio and BBQ area, I sat out the front with the beautiful landscape and thy afternoon sun. The water is walking distance. Beautiful scenery.

The microwave was too high.

Perfect location

Location was perfect. Near main street of town and near beach walk in pleasant area of town. Spacious clean suite. Very comfortable bed. Nice little deck. Well appointed kitchen with full size fridge and range. Fast Wifi. Had I wanted upstairs accommodation it would have been perfect.

Owner knew I was coming for my dad's 91st birthday and that I had my dog. The room was up a steep flight of outside steps. Inconvenient for both dog and my dad. The little deck was too small to sit socially distanced from my dad - during COVID times that was a problem. Booking.com information indicated the suite was on the ground floor so I expected it to be as advertised.

Good

With kids, the bedroom wasn’t the best because xurtain were not black out, so we had to improvise, but we really enjoyed the stay. Wish there was A/C during the day, but opening the doors and windows got the air flowing pretty good too. Darren was a great host, and helped us with anything we needed!

My husband stayed there by himself. In hindsight I should have gone with him, as he was RAVING about the place. Darren is mega friendly and will go out of his way to accomodate you, or so I'm told. I am very keen on trying it myself soon :-)
