The bed looked slept in when we arrived, there was no shower curtain or mat for tub. Almost slipped and fell. The room was dirty. There were flies in the room. There was blood on the comforter. There was missing cutlery and coffee mugs. Coffee pot was filthy. The whole place is shabby and rundown. When I called the customer service desk Sean, and mentioned the ruffled up bed, he said "oh the maid probably had a nap". It felt like we were in a homeless shelter.we were afraid to go out to eat because afraid someone was going to go into our room and steal belongings!

The room is comfortable and pet friendly.
Although it doesn’t offer breakfast, there’s a good restaurant nearby (Denny’s).
It doesn’t have an elevator to access the rooms on the upper floor, so I had to carry my family’s bags…

We were given a two queen beds room while we booked a two double beds room, and I was not aware about that. After an hour, we were asked by the staff to leave the room as the room was booked by other party. I was in a very important zoom meeting in the room, and the staff kept calling / asking my wife to leave (we have two young kids). They knew I was in a meeting but kept doing so. After an hour (I was still in the meeting) they said we are fine to stay in that room.
Besides, we also find a weird bug at the bath tub. We also find hair under blanket. The room doesn’t look very clean

No breakfast at hotel
Snack machines in lobby would be nice

Clean room, very comfortable.

Spacious room
Got the king corporate with kitchenette which had almost no facilities to cook or clean with. They provide a one litre pot a frypan and a chopping board but no knife and no cloths or even a plug for the sink. Struggled to cook. Very noisy . Can hear everything from adjacent rooms. Sone dodgy characters around

We liked the size of bed for the room not having to pay for two queen beds

needs paint and screws missing on locks, ripped shower curtain

Good location & lots of parking. The staff were friendly upon arrival. The room itself was nice, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with lots of towels.
The bed sheets seemed a bit dirty upon arrival.
Our room was right across from the staff laundry room so it was a bit noisy at times but that’s the luck of the draw.

All of the above including a nice kitchenette & services close by.
Cigarette smoke in room. Usually goes after a while but could smell it all night.

Location was good. Staff were accommodating.
There was no hot water for the shower. The tv quit working on the second day. Those were corrected. Couches were dirty. Animal hairs were on the couches. The sheets on the bed were not put on properly. Very loose fit. The swimming pool has been closed for a long time. No time for opening was given. The Denny’s restaurant had very poor service. We left use to the poor service.

Price location
Pools were both closed would have been nice to have that info on the website as we would have gone elsewhere . After many hours of sitting and driving we were looking forward to the pool.

It took more than one hour before we could check in.

The ac worked very well, and the beds were comfy.
The back door didn't lock, so that didn't make us feel safe, and our door was hard to open and close.
There was also really old looking carpet, which I didn't like, especially with having 2 dogs in there.

the staff were great. very helpful.
we liked the ground floor room. our room was very quiet
we liked the ground floor room but we’re very disappointed with the fact that the pool and hot tub were closed??!! which is why I chose the property in the first place!!
the bed was so soft we did not get much sleep.

Breakfast? There wasn’t any . I did appreciate the staff friendliness and willingness to accommodate my late check out as well as the efforts of Chris from Devon to find me a space to meet a client on zoom after checkout
I sure would have liked to see outside

Loved that it was connected to Denny's Restaurant; made breakfast in the morning easy and delicious. The bed was comfortable (soft enough, not full of poky springs or hard as a board as in many hotels) and the room was clean.
We really appreciated how the room had lots of lamps rather than harsh overhead lighting, however, the bulbs in the lamps were a harsh, bright, blue light that made for a less than relaxing evening as it glared off the TV and in general. Simple change of at least a few of the lamps in the room to a softer, more yellow-toned light would have made our stay perfect as we could have fully relaxed.

The staff was good and worked out a situation to get me a better room, but that was only because my parents booked directly through sandman, since I had booked through booking.com they wouldn't have been able to do anything for me. I won't be booking through booking.com again and will book directly through the hotel I plan on staying at
The room I was originally assigned was terrible, tiny, bad lighting and the window faced a closed indoor pool so there was no natural light and my room smelt like chlorine. It was also next to a very loud laundry room and at by the highway. I was paying $225 a night before tax for that room, and I do not think that is an acceptable price to pay for such a bad room

The location. Pet friendly.
The room wasnt near as nice as the picture. The bathroom needed a more detailed cleaning.

pool, price and location to mtn
the keycards had to be reset 13 times over 3’days. we were multiple families and was a common issue. the hotel needs to change whole hotel keycard system. became a joke at the front desk with 5 random people in a row joking about it. don’t leave a toddler in the room unattended! but staff and facilities were good and time was fun
