Wonderful Place to stay!

It’s a gem of a place. Right downtown. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. Jeff and staff and friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, big pine furniture which we like, good parking, convenient location, fresh towels and soaps every day ...

A couple of coats of paint on the floor trim would have made this a VERY nice place to stay. :)

A quaint place to stay with nice rooms and a great location.

Location was perfect, beautiful old building turned into a boutique hotel. Private baths and comfy beds.

Parking was a little tight, ended up parking on the road the first night. In the room was a notice about breakfast, went down to dining room and no breakfast. Air conditioner was a little noisy, not terrible, and we did hear one of the trains passing close by. Overall though, a very nice stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to the main business area to walk, yet great view from being up on a hill.

Very enjoyable... quaint Inn... very focussed on comfort, cleanliness and local history.

The bed was very comfortable. We could also adjust the heat for a very comfortable sleep. We liked the historical photographs.

The bathroom was a little chilly. In the common area, I recommend placing a Keurig...

Has everything you need.

location, size of room, heated floor in bathroom, comfortable bed.

Strong fragrance in all linens. Detergent? Fabric softener? We wouldn’t return because of this.

Loved it, and will return the next trip, hopefully there will be availablity!!

There was no breakfast which we understood and were told in advance. The owner Jeff, was very welcoming and we felt so comfortable with the facility. Location was perfect. Room was like a suite. Bed very comforable.

TV remote was not working properly, but not the end of the world. The frieight trains going by could get to be a little annoying, specially the two that went through during the night

A pleasant retreat in a gorgeous setting, with Bobby Orr Hockey Hall of fame and beautiful scenery.

Close to the lake and restaurants. Friendly staff- Jeff was very accommodating.

Being awakened by several trains throughout the night.

Overall, comfortable place to stay.

Location was very good, comfortable bed, clean room. All the basics were fine.

Didn't love the 2 levels of the room - steps down to the bed area. (we are seniors) TV didn't have a big selection of channels. Elevator worked, but when we pushed 2 for the second floor, we went up to 3.

Comfortable bed, clean linen

Sheets laundered with smelly fabric softener, making it unpleasant for sleeping. Tv quit working. Room right next to noisy elevator. Train tracks approx. 100' away.
