Unique private hotel with helpful and kind staff in a convenient and safe location.

The location was perfect for our business in the area. Easy for walk with an abundance of restaurants and shops close by. The staff helped us store our e-bikes inside the hotel instead of leaving them on the car rack in the nearby public parking garage.

The restaurant seems to be owned separately from the hotel. It is expensive, but the service is excellent.

Excelente hotel

Recepção sempre pronta para resolver o que fosse necessário; O quarto é delicioso e confortável, cama (travesseiros e roupa de cama),tamanho e limpeza no geral são excelentes; Localização perfeita, não precisa de carro se for ficar só nessa região.

Café da manhã que oferecem não é bom, eu perguntei na recepção o que é servido e olhei nas avaliações, não recomendo.

Excellent location on Coral Gables and great staff. It is an old building but totally renewed.

The elevator, but nothing could be done with it... it is just 3 floors.

Lovely boutique hotel evoking old Miami. A great base to explore.

The location and cleanliness was excellent. We love the turndown service

The noise. We came back to the hotel one night and the front door was closed we got tire of ringing the door bell and no one was coming, after 1/2 an hour with no one coming I took the hotel key and knocked very hard on the glass door, this guy showed up and opened the door for us, he was sleeping there the whole time.😡

the poor information and service that we where given by 1 of the persons in reception. every time we asked something neither she knew that to say or had the intention or service attitude. for example we asked about the breakfast at the restaurant that it’s in the same building, her answered was “we are two completely different companies I have no idea”. As someone is in reception I would have expected for her to not know the answered but have the intention on helping us and that was not the vibe we got.

Very nice retro-style hotel that is conveniently located close to the 'Miracle Mile' shopping area.

The adjoining 'upscale' restaurant is convenient and judging by the crowd each night, very popular.

We had to find our own way around the area and only discovered one day later that the cost-free tram which runs by the hotel goes to 'Little Havana' at its northern destination.

It’s a three star hotel and showing it’s age but we were very well looked after

Very comfortable bed and good aircon plus friendly staff. Good location for Miracle Mile shops and restaurants.

No breakfast facility and no real sitting space outside of the bedrooms. Fitness room quite basic and small but it all worked and was clean.

stayed at the hotel due to a wedding reception nearby… enjoyed it very much other than having ti walk up the stairs very

brilliant location, historical features (incredible looking elevator but not functional), restaurants amazing, very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom.

reception staff not as friendly/ efficient as expected for a hotel of this calibre… could have been dressed more appropriately and more helpful.
