Everything was amazing

Breakfast was good.
Room was not available until well after check-in time. Waited in lobby which smelled heavily of marijuana.

The rooms were nicely appointed, clean and relatively quiet. Complimentary breakfast and daily happy hour was included for each guest. The breakfast omelette was fabulous, and the hotel provided two free drinks during happy hour per guest. The hotel is located in a pavilion that includes a much appreciated metro station, making it very convenient for our daily sightseeing plans and for dinner plans after a fun but exhausting day.
The ac unit was a bit loud, but worked well. The mattress on the pull out sofa in both rooms was awful. We ended up purchasing an inflatable mattress for our daughter at a nearby big box store. We set it up on the floor, and it made for an inexpensive fix. The restaurant area where breakfast was served was overly warm due to the design combined with a heatwave. Not a deal-breaker in our opinion though.

The customer service was very friendly and helpful. The metro location was a bonus point for the hotel.
The bathtub was not looking good as I expected.

Fantastic breakfast, great location near Sibley hospital for an early morning procedure.

The breakfast options are limited. I have been staying here for three days, and the food has basically been the same: scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage links. There are also two or three types of bread, coffee, and some juices to choose from. On the first day, there was yogurt, but it was not available on the following days.
Overall, the room is quite nice and very spacious. The hotel's breakfast is also convenient for the first meal of the day. Additionally, the hotel building has direct access to the subway station, which is a plus. However, for first-time guests, it might take some time to find the way due to the lack of clear signage.
One morning, there was terrible construction noise. Since the hotel and the shopping mall are in the same building, the noise started at 7 AM and lasted until noon, making it feel like being in a construction site. (And as far as I remember, this information was not disclosed beforehand.)
The coffee maker in the room is just for show. Even though there are tea bags and coffee placed next to it, the machine is completely unusable.
The freezer section of the mini-fridge seems to have an automatic defrost function, causing all the defrosted water to accumulate at the bottom of the fridge.
The shopping mall below the hotel is reportedly under renovation due to the previous pandemic, so the entire area is currently in a state of construction. If this is a concern, it would be advisable to check whether the renovations are completed before booking.

Good location.
Near to Metro and shopping centre.
Room was really big
Breakfast was awful- very few items
4.0
Parking charges were the downside for me
4.0
Convenience to the Metro, Complimentary Breakfast and Complimentary PreEvening Snacks and Beverages
The pool was overcrowded with Swim Lesson unaffiliated with Hotel Guests. The unoccupied building was a little eerie.
Other than Embassy Suites, the building did not seem to have any other tenants other than Cheesecake Factory.

The hotel charged me more than it was written on the Booking website. When I asked the receptionist he told me to refer to the Booking.
The difference between prices on the Booking and the hotel.

The view being on the seventh floor!
The staff was not so friendly! my bathroom had dirt on the floor . My sheets was dirty. I called down to the front desk to get clean sheets. No one never showed up. Luckily, I seen housekeeping in the hallway the next morning and was able to grab some after going out to buy my own. Paying 600 and change just to stay two nights was not worth it at all. I stayed at plenty other hotels, never experience, unhappiness, with any other embassy suites. Considering embassy suites, is my favorite go to hotel this time very disappointed.

The room was clean and cozy.
The staff was so friendly
I really enjoy my stay
The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t stay longer.
I only needed one night, next time I’ll book for two nights

The friendliness of the staff, polite conversations, and my questions were answered.
Excellent location, close to the bus line and train.
Amazon Fresh was a block away, and multiple restaurants were all within walking distance.
Embassy Suites has always offered made-to-order breakfast omelets, 2 days out of my 3 days, there were no omelets offered and no explanation for why.

Breakfast sitting arrangements were very good.
Washroom was very small in size

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. I love the daily house keeping service. The bed was comfortable. The location was great.
This wasn’t the Embassy experience I’ve always loved. The manager’s reception was by far the least appealing I’ve ever attended. The breakfast was very disappointing. No waffles, no omelettes - very limited.
The desk and counter tops were sticky in the suite. Luckily, I had wipes to clean everything.

Actually, we came to Washington DC and are trying to visit those museums located Downtown. All hotels in that area are expensive. Luckily we found this hotel, although it is relatively far from downtown, there is a subway station right beneath the hotel so you won't even leave the hotel, you can take the subway to go downtown. and in downtown, all museums are within walking distance! Not only you can save the parking fee, but also save the hotel fee! There is a decent free breakfast in the hotel too. So overall, it's totally worthy it

I love how the property was located around other things and food places. I love the free breakfast and the glass elevator also love that the rooms had a second area to be in other the the bathroom
I didn’t like that the rooms were not all that clean. Very dusty and you can tell the bedding what not clean . The sheets and blanket had spot in them so I had to go out and get cleaning supplies and sheets for the bed and pillow cases to sleep comfortably.

My son likes to explore different hotels we stay at, and this one was explore worthy
The rooms beds, pillows and overall vibe feel super worn, flat pillows, it felt like there was a layer of filth during our stay

Great location, lovely suites, right at the Metro Station, super-great breakfast, happy hour was fun, loved the pool and hot tub, and great dinners at the Cheesecake Factory in the building. We liked the spacious feeling of the open courtyard.
Noise from the hallway: There was a family calling out to each other and yelling and running very near our door. When relaxing together in the living room we sometimes needed to retreat to the bedroom and keep the bedroom door closed to escape the disturbance.
Also, there were no towels in the locker rooms or the pool area any of the mornings we went in for a swim.
