I booked for 5 people , 3 adults and 2 teens, and I got a room for 3. I asked for another room when we arrived and they did not have one. We had to cancel and leave.

Excellent service very clean breakfast was OK
I had booked a queen suite which on the Booking website showed a king and a queen bed but the hotel had only 1 queen bed . They were snow to accommodate our party but the Booking website needs to update their information as it was incorrect

Extremely friendly, helpful staff; clean, comfortable room and bed; pet-friendly. Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants.
I wish I'd asked for a room closer to the exit for my elderly dog. It would be helpful if pet owners knew the layout and could request rooms close to the exit.

I loved the location. The staff was amazing and it was clean.
The only issue I had was the stomping all day and night of the people above us. First time I’ve ever been able to hear the people above me that good.

The location was perfect. The hotel set up was nice. The staff was very polite and helpful and accommodating.
There was a power outage happening and that was a little uneasy.

Nice room and and great location and surroundings
I asked for pool towels when I got to the pool and had to wait 15 mi n until my husband got angry. with front desk personnel. Then, they brought the towels to the pool. I was dripping and needed to get dry.
Also when I got to the shower, in my room, there was no shampoo in the bottle. My husband called them and they brought asap.

Absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Staff was welcoming and accomodating.
Exercise facilities need some updating. The machines were old and not in great shape. Children shouldn't be allowed. They were playing on the machines.

We love this hotel EXCEPT for the second time - pool was TOO COLD to use and we came for a pool staycation. The pool was too cold to use on Dec 30 as well.
My kids love the breakfast service.

I made it there late and was not able to get the room that I had booked. But the receptionist made it up by upgrading my room and I must say it was one of the nicest most comfortable rooms I've stayed in a while. I had my own fridge ,microwave, stove, dishwasher and living room. I loved that I was able to use the pool and they had fresh warm towels for us to use.
And the food was great. Breakfast was awesome. With a various selection of food to choose from.
Definitely be staying again

Loved the location of the Hotel. It was a bit off the main strip, and it was in a pretty quiet location. The check-in process was very quick and easy, and the staff did accommodate the request I had asked for a room with some-type of view and away from noise. It wasn't the best but it was open space, and the sound of the traffic was soothing in a a sense. The Breakfast was really good. I send kudos to the staff for the breakfast. A lot of Options for the Buffett menu. From the Drinks to the food, coffee, juice, teas, and etc. I loved that the pool and the gym was open. It was a short stay for us and we def. wanted to jump in the pool, but we had a lot jammed packed for two nights/three days, so we couldn't. But it was greatly loved from me and my boyfriend because, the location was only about 20mins from Philly and our activities. I would def. stay again. There are also a lot of shopping and food choices in the area, and I don't think it's too far from the Philly airport.
I think the cleanness of the Hotel could have been a lot better, The elevators were dirty, and had a lot of spots and stains that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The hallways def. also needs a good spot vacuum, The rooms weren't all the way up to my liking, but It is what it is. I believe some of the pictures can be updated on the website lol. The hotel def does need a huge upgrade with some of their amenities, it's kind of outdated and the furnishing is where they should start. Also the keyless check-in was going to be an option to use your phone, but it didn't work because it wasn't an option lol. If the hotel is a smoke-free facility, I def smelled some weed going through the hallways as we walked. The spring mattress was ok, but not the best I couldn't sleep great, but my boyfriend loved it, my body isn't used/adjusted to sleeping on a spring mattress so I didn't get much sleep. I don't know if there was bed selections but I think that should be for some sleepers.
