Overall very nice

The breakfast was lacking, although we didn’t arrive until 9:00 am.

The hotel was quiet and clean, the pool was fantastic for the kids.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Our bathroom was so tiny, and the door to the bathroom had two huge holes in it. I explained to the young children we must have gotten the precious party room.

There was holes in the bathroom door. The bathroom was so small.

Very large rooms, very clean and staff were great

The breakfast was fantastic!

That the pool was shut down for a couple of days, but not the fault of the staff or the hotel.

Overall it met our needs for the weekend

The breakfast met our needs for the time we stayed at the hotel.

That my room key was deactivated every day and I had to get it activated to get back into my room. I also did not get a final receipt for our stay

Very good

Great location, room large enough for larger family (we have 4 kids). Cable was better than other hotels we've stayed at. Pool open 8am-10pm and wasnt too deep at slide for our kids who cant yet swim. Jacuzzi was relaxing :) Breakfast was really good.

Beds were okay. Pool room floors were dirty.

A perfect ending to our 54th wedding anniversary getaway.

We found the hotel 100% from check in to check out. Friendly, professional staff at front desk and also housekeepers working on our floor at check in. I worked front desk at the opening in 2007/08 of Canalta Super 8 in Rimbey. Yesterday in Camrose Canalta was like coming home in years of so many changes. Thank you.

There was nothing we didn’t like, except we found couches and toilet lower than we prefer.

Comfortable, quick friendly check in and out.

CanAlta breakfasts are always very good. Excellent variety, hot food is always nice and hot. When something runs low it’s quickly replenished. Coffee is important to me and CanAlta’s is always fresh and plentiful.

Nothing. But an extra waffle maker would be nice so the line up wont be too long to wait for the waffles.

the cleaning staff opening our door at 8:10 am without announcing herself or even knocking. Front desk shrugged it off.

The room was very nice. Only one complaint the Tv in the main area would not work. Told front end staff but nothing was done. The breakfast was very good. Good value for the money.

Highly recommended: comfortable spacious rooms, beds, pillows, climate control all excellent.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were fresh and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and water side. The breakfast offer was appreciated, although limited selection. We were disappointed with the amount of single-use plastic for wrappings (eg. for individual bread and bagel slices) and utensils. I appreciate there may be a covid-management aspect, but the result is a huge plastic trash footprint.
