I would never stay there again!!

Close to beach

The hotel is falling apart. The staff seems rather dismissive about customer service. And, if you’re planning on a free cup of coffee in the lobby, think again. The hotel charges for everything,even tho I find the rates to be excessive

I will not return

The staff was accommodating

Mold and dust that caused both me and my son to have an allergy flare up the first night we stayed there. They loved us into a different room which felt better at first. But after housekeeping came it was a rough couple nights. Not sure if the linens were in a closet collecting dust. It made our stay very challenging. Also the carpet needs to be shampooed. The stains in the hallway on the 3rd floor was disgusting.

Nice hotel.

Hotel with a good location ideal for family trips

The pool area was a bit small, and the last night there was an incident, the hotel's fire alarms went off and we had to be evacuated early in the morning. The hotel team did not give any information about the incident.

Not as best as we expected.

The way the staff had the emergency alarm. The situation was not very well-faced, and then the inconvenience was worst, we thought there would be a reward for getting less difficult the situation.

Hôtel très classe avec un excellent restaurant, bon rapport qualité /prix

- établissement classe , propre - Bon accueil - Excellent restaurant, ça fait du bien ! - parking gratuit

- rien, peut être excentré mais nous avions une voiture Il faut noter que c’est un hôtel plus « d’affaire » que de loisir, nous avons débarqué au restaurant le soir en short et polo alors que les hommes étaient en costumes

Excellent over night stay

Well maintained, staff were very pleasant felt luxurious, easy to get to local shops, plenty of restaurants near by

Would be good for an older couple or attending a function not looking for a high end vacation hotel

Some staff were excellent. Shuttle to the beach was great, they gave you towels, chairs and water.

Dirty room. Hair left on bathroom floor in multiple locations. Staff was on occasion rude. Elevator doors were filthy. Lots of corporate functions.

Teleurstellend voor een Hilton hotel

Het ontbijt, de bedden en de grootte van de kamer

Van de hele roadtrip aan westcoast, was dit by far het duurste hotel maar jammer genoeg tegelijk het minst goede. De ontvangst was niet vriendelijk en chaotisch. Je zou van dit kaliber hotel geen douchegordijn verwachten, vuile ramen in de kamer en stof achter het nachtkastje.

Comfortable and well located. Very clean.

The swimming pool was no duly attended (as in a Hilton normally is) and the man that suppose to be for bringing snacks and sodas was very rude. Initially they intended to invoice a room rate higher to the we one agreed via booking.com. Finally they rectified it.

Very poor refund requested

We asked for a room with a nice view, we got a view over the garden centre with constant nose. We asked for a copy of our final invoice and they wouldn’tgiv us a copy. The room stank of drains/sewer. Given the price we paid I would like a refund

Nice hotel, kept very clean.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan . It makes a difference in keeping Humidity away and bad smells. For The price I paid room and after Staying at so many Hampton inn hotels ( by Hilton) , I expected it to be the same . Also no breakfast included which was disappointing.

Good choice if you don't mind being a 10min drive from downtown Naples

They give you beach towels and chairs. Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful/friendly staff.

Not as nice as I had hoped

Front desk service was pleasant.

Had to change rooms because of loud air conditioner exhaust on north side of building. First room had frayed carpet and was very musty. Second room had frayed carpet and better a/c, but the toilet made a ton of noise and the mattress was quite saggy. Housekeeping never made it to our room, despite requesting service at front desk. Overall it was an ok choice given the competition, but I wouldn't consider this to be a four star hotel.
