Parking.
Nice staff, and sympathetic.
Near Hope’s nice central park and grocery store
Room was one that had not been renovated, and actually everything was worn out.
No working smoke alarm, or bathroom fan.
Patio chairs grungy, rotten, so could not sit on them. Unemptied ash tray on table outside.
No attempt to cover or hide garbage bins outside the room.

The room we stayed in was updated and new
The outside looks very shabby and run down
4.0
The new modern look
Could not get coffee machine to work…. Not enough cups or mugs

Very clean, large bathroom
Could not get any volume on tv and staff just gave us another remote which was no better, Wi-Fi was 5 seconds on and 20 seconds off so no good at all, no hairdryer, one very small soap and nothing else, no place in shower to put soap except the floor, towels were new but very thin … disappointing… we will not return

Found the room old and shabby but clean.

The location was convenient, as it is nearby many shops and restaurants.
The WiFi was out of range from our room and only accessible when outside.

Elaine was helpful.
Very rundown. Poorly equipped. Wifi terrible.

It was a central location close to a food market, a few restaurants, and a nice coffee shop, The Blue Moose. It was also a close walk to the Memorial Park and the Fraser River.

There was no one there when we arrived, even though I had called to verify in the morning that they could accommodate my requests ( pet friendly and early check-in between 1:00 and 2:00p.m.). The owner lives in Burnaby and takes phone calls from home. We sat in the parking lot and repeatedly called the hotel/owners #, no answer. I emailed and let him know we were waiting. Did not receive a return call until approximately 4:00 p.m. By that time I had already secured a pet friendly room at another motel.
He said that a note had been left on a dark office door with a # for me to call off property.
Sorry I don't do notes on a door.
Very,very poor customer service experience.

The motel does not display its name.
While I reserved through booking.com I was told when I arrived that they were fully booked. When they gave me a room they said it was not being used presently because of problems with the roof. No discount offered or provided. During my trip I stayed at three motels. This one was most expensive and least appealing

location , great shower!
They stopped dealing with booking.com so I didn’t have a reservation. Got a room anyway.

I arrived at the motel and was told they were overbooked and full even though I had a booking through booking.com. No one was there for check in I’m but was a number on the Office door so I called it and he told me I can stay at the Slumber Lodge down the street for the same price. I was pretty shocked but had a wedding to DJ so I said ok that is pretty bad service. We checked in at slumber lodge and the room had bed bugs so we drove all the back to Vancouver after the wedding. I would like a full refund from Slumber Lodge or City Centre Motel $135 for the gross room at the wrong hotel I didn’t use.

It was quiet and air conditioned.
The place is in very poor condition.

AC in the unit but hadn't been on prior to arrival and didn't really cool the room. Appeared mostly clean.
Compared to pictures the place is run down and not much care taken in upkeep. Door lock to the room was sticky leaving me thinking at one point that I was locked in.
1.5
Location and helpful staff.
Room was dirty, dingy, dark, crawling with ants. All the walls were peeling and dirty. Bathroom had dark streaks running down the walls.

Nothing
Everything, sleeped on the beds in our own sleeping bags

The staff was very kind.
The property was very rundown and too expensive given the state of the facilities. We needed only one night driving back from Vancouver to Creston and there were not many options.

Nothing at all good about this place
This place was absolutely disgusting:( there was poop in the toilet when we arrived and I had to clean the toilet during a pandemic!! The coffee maker was dirty and had old grounds in it, the whole place was icky! There was smashed glass and old broken appliances outside of our door, nothing was clean. The room has duct tape on the wall and peeling paint. It was Incredibly loud and overall I was very stressed the entire time because traveling during a pandemic is stressful without thinking about the fact that your room was not cleaned! Luckily I had brought cleaner and wipes and cleaned the entire place myself because we were too tired to move to a new spot. Will not be staying again!! We are traveling because we are moving and despite being absolutely exhausted the place was so gross and loud we didn’t sleep. Do not recommend !! We did not feel safe at all.
