Location
Only 2 cups in room, 1 soap in the bathroom, paying for water in the room.
No greeting from man at reception desk. He continues to look at computer!

I travel there and use this hotel at least once a month. It is always clean, Friendly, and comfortable.
5.0 / 5.0
Upon entering the front desk staff were friendly and got me checked in seamlessly. They have an underground parking facility which made me feel safer for leaving a car. The hallways on the room floors were bright and everything was clean. My room had a great desk and comfortable chair for work, and the bed pillows were divine. It is worth pointing out in my room, I enjoyed the way the bathroom was laid out. There was a small cart with towels, the room was bright and clean and the towels were FLUFFY and white. This may sound strange to point out, but most hotels give you flat overused dingy towels. There are also an abundance of restaurants and people walking around so you feel safe. It is close to Arlington Cemetery and the Air Force memorial. Two thumbs up for this property!
There really isn't anything bad for me to say about my stay at this property. Maybe...I wish I could have stayed longer.

The location close to the Courthouse metro stop is convenient and the room was intensely quiet.
The free internet service was spotty in the extreme.

Staff was very nice.
Pillows were flat.

proximity to restaurants and nightlife
The bathroom shower was not cleaned and it was evident the floors weren’t vacuumed. The beds were clean. Parking is free but is very tight. Staff is really nice!

Very nice lobby. Rooms were nice.
The bed was a little too firm for me. You kept hearing the toilet flush in the room next door. It was way too loud. Also parking was $25/day

Nothing
The room was filthy. Bathroom had hair everywhere. The floor was dirty. In the morning the sheet was lifted and blood was found under the sheets.

Elevator worked well, the room was ok but the bathroom was really tiny
The staff were not enthusiastic, helpful sort of. Breakfast which is a paid breakfast, offered continental and cooked. We were there for four days. On the third day in the middle of breakfast the cook walked off - had to take her child to school. continental breakfast was available but NO cooked breakfast. Fourth day no cook either. Cleaning - no cleaning - no waste pickup. Bathroom door was not level and was alway swinging into you in a very tiny bathroom. One cup given to us. Things were not offered. One paper cup per person for four days, unacceptable. Water was sold $3.60 per water. The nighttime restaurant bar has chicken wings and pizza - frozen pizza heated. Poor quality. Just not what Hilton is supposed to be. No I would not go back to this Garden Inn and I would probably not go to any Garden Inn.
