Not Recommended at all.

Room size is decent and kitchen equipment was provided.

The furnture is old and dirty. The don't have overnight technision that can fix broken staff. We have bad WC and we been advised to use the lobby rest room since our rest room is not functinal.

Our whole suite was clean, updated, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was updated and clean! Our family also loved having a kitchenette. We just wish that we stayed longer.

Stayed for one night but it was great.

Spacious rooms with kitchen that has everything you need. Love the breakfast that is included.

TV is in a weird spot. Can’t really see it from the bed or couch

Room is old, facility not well maintained

Trash bin was not cleared from previous guest, there was still trash in the bins when I moved in. Bath drain was clogged.

Could have gone better

Nice location. Good breakfast. The staff worked diligently to deal with the problems.

Key cards (for all rooms) did not work for most of my stay, so someone had to go with me every time I went to the room. And no offer of any discount or amenities.

A nice, large room with very kind staff.

The room was very spacious. The people working there were quite kind. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was great. The kitchen was so nice to have! The room had 3 windows, which actually opened.

The breakfast left lots to be desired, unfortunately. They are not trying to impress the costumers here. Please consider this when buying stock for breakfast. Also, our bathroom had filthy, sticky floors upon arrival and dirty countertops.

Great location and lots of places to have lunch/dinner.

A front desk provided short-cut to our accommodations went badly for us; we ended up not doing it the short-cut for the 3.5 days we were there.

Exceptional

I came with my daughter, son in law and granddaughter. I had to have surgery at Beaumont. The location was perfect, close to the hospital. The room was amazing, staff was amazing and the kids said breakfast was the best set up they've ever seen!! They also enjoyed the pool!!! We will return if I have to come back down.

Superb

We went for the Woodward Dream cruise with some friends. The staff were engaging and very helpful. The hotel was clean.

The breakfast was just ok. The toast was stale and the toaster was not working. Things ran out the first morning but they had better variety the second day.

Breakfast is served in plastic dishes, plastic cups, and plastic cutlery. I accepted that in 2020 and 2021 because of Covid-19 pandemic. But now no longer anymore!

Superb

This is our second time at the hotel, the breakfast was lovely especially on the days that they served rice with kimchi, furikake and seaweed, yum! The staff is exceptional! They are all so kind, attentive and helpful. The pool is an absolute must, so calming and soothing. The fact that it's next to a Walmart and some other stores makes it extremely convenient especially since you have a full functioning kitchen in the room. We absolutely love this hotel.

I wish the breakfast included a bit of veggies too. The AC didn't work properly, the floors were sticky even after being cleaned. The beddings of the cot bed were not replaced at all- we stayed for 10 days.

Great hotel and wonderful location. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed hear several times and it has always been a great experience.

We were there for 3 nights so space and the good breakfasts made it very pleasant.

Very spacious suite and comfortable bed. All staff we interacted with were helpful, professional and very friendly. The breakfast was good — a much better selection than some hotels now offer.

The light quilt on our bed was torn in several places. The overall condition of furnishings was worn and a bit dated but the torn bed quilt was inexcusable.

Had very fun stay in short visit, looking forward to next visit.

Had a problem with flooring in dining area, reported to front desk, was moved to king suite from queen suite, much better room.

Enough for one ninght stay...nothing special

Perfect situation because I was to going to a company which is just around the corner. It is also good to have a Wallmart at 2 min walking in case you need something. Personal very nice.

I was expecting some kind of restaurant offer for dinner or room service. Breakfast was too simple. Rooms need some kind of remodelling and restyling. One of the windows was not able to close it "perfectly"
