Great location
Room needed work. Hole in the wall and general west and tear. Didn’t feel clean

I loved that there was a breakfast cause I didn’t have a microwave in my room so being able to have hot stuff in the morning was great.
If I were staying longer I would have wanted a microwave

We truly didn't pay much attention, since it was a family emergency.

Breakfast was good
Rooms need to be updated, lots of stains on floor, mold in tub and sink, stuff spilled on Carpet in hall outside our door that was there when we got there and still there when we left!

everything
no i like it
2.5 / 5.0
There was ample seating in the dining room during breakfast
The room we stayed in needs some updates. 165 for a night seems high for a room in such a state, very outdated bathroom and sofa.

The hotel was mediocre at best and I received two separate charges for the same night

Seperate rooms for the larger suite the 4 kids had the main area while me and my wife had our own room within the room. We likes that

The breakfast provided variety. The hotel is conveniently located on Main Street
The rug on the floor was dirty and seriously stained -it needs to be replaced, and the couch in the sitting room has also seen better days - needs to be replaced. Also your staff was not that knowledgeable about tourist places and restaurants . Also, the hotel did not have the MooseJaw magazene, but it should !

Breakfast, but there's a little bit delay in serving food from time to time.
The smell of the room and washroom. i think need to spray air freshener atleast before the guest check in.

that it was pet friendly.
We rented the suite and the pull out couches had the worst mattresses I have ever seen. Our children had a terrible sleep. The king bed in the bedroom wasn’t great either, but it was luxury compared to those pull out couches. As well, some electrical covers were broken and unsafe. The entire hotel was filthy, especially the breakfast area. We didn’t end up eating there as all the tables were also filthy and there was a terrible selection of food items. There were sausages and pancakes for hot items, but the sausages were grey in colour and we watched the attendant refilling the pancake machine and had her dirty hands in the batter while she filled it, we didn’t want to risk eating there. We tried the pool and the chlorine was very strong and the pool was very cloudy. We weren’t in there very long because the attendant there decided to close the pool early due to a potential storm. Overall, terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. The only positive was it was a pet friendly hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again, we will find another hotel on our regular 12 hour drive to split our trip up that is pet friendly.
