So-so

Pool was under supposed to be closed for renovations but when we to go check (around 9 PM) there were many people in the pool and in the hot tub and in the locker room area. And the worker can lock the door when we came. Many signs said it was supposed to be under renovations why were people in the pool?

Worker who came lock the pool entrance didn’t explain why they allowed the other people in the pool then comes lock the doors on us. Rude

Could’ve been better

Rooms were clean

Breakfast staff weren’t friendly and the janitor had the mop pail blocking the one side for people to enter the breakfast area. The staff was clocking the time to clear out the food and when I went down at 9:00 there was little food left in the buffet warmers. They were slow in replenishing more food. The oatmeal was clumpy and glue-y.

It was fine overall. Meet expectations.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. But walls are paper thin, could hear housekeeping running the vacuum in the next room at 7:00am. If the floor above us flushed their toilet, ours would run really loud. Pool area needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. Blow drier in room was a serious fire risk, we couldn’t have been the first to discover this and I’m guessing it has been mentioned about before.

Pool needs better upkeep.

very noisy in the night. our room was close to the elevator and the music in the speaker was loud all night long. it appeared to change in volume throughout the night with some songs being louder than others. heater unit was very loud as well and could hear the units from other rooms around us throughout the night.

I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful Delux room.

I liked the breakfast it was a great variety. The room was nice but, the bed a little uncomfortable. Location was fantastic. The hotel staff were very accommodating and sweet. I would definitely stay here again.

we were in Bonnyville for a hockey tournament and stayed here. we were so happy with our stay

the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, pool was awesome and breakfast was delicious. great value

We went here for a hockey tournament and had a great stay!

It was great! Breakfast had a good variety, hotel was clean.

Rooms were quite warm but that was manageable, coffee was a little watered down at times.

entry light didn’t work fridge was difficult to open looked like vomit on the side of the bed and carpet which I covered and did not use that bed

we had a few issues with our room.. Entry light did not work 2…fridge was difficult to open 3…in between the beds looked dirty on the base of bed looked like vomit and also some in the carpet right next to the bed… let the front desk person know twice..

The price for the room and hot breakfast were great!

The breakfast was delicious and even had containers for take out. The room was large and spacious and plenty of space for three people to be comfortable sharing the space.

The upkeep of the pool area could use some attention, peeling paint in pool and ceiling, hot tub was not hot, and jets did not work, sauna was out of order. The beds were too firm and the pull out mattress was too thin.

The place was very clean and a great breakfast.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good. You had a choice of hot or cold breakfast. The staff was amazing.

The draws in the room slowly opened. The one by the bed and the one under the TV.

Toilet didnt work soo with a family of 6, it wasnt great to use a washroom with a broken toilet lack of water pressure as well probably contributed to it.
