Great Location and Great Staff. Rooms needed work.

The Staff was exceptional at front desk and dining area.

The beds were too high for people with disabilities and Staff, mini frig was not easily accessible, only one place to hang wet towels that was behind bathroom door

Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was fantastic! Location was perfect! Room was very clean and comfortable, staff was very professional and friendly.

Not being able to get a first floor room with whirlpool, and no usb charger or outlet on both sides of bed.

Great location with the most comfortable beds and amenities!

It was so clean and classy. Friendliest and most helpful staff! Our favorite part were the 2 outdoor jacuzzis!

We loved everything about the property.

It was close to the attractions. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. King bed was comfortable.

Pool water was very cold. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

It was all good…. Not excellent! If the beds were lower… I’d think about staying again!!

The beds were way too high up! Hard to get in!! Need a towel bar close to the shower!

I believe the building is under renovation. Our specific room seems like it is in need of a TLC since although the room was clean it smell a bit like it has been closed for a while or just old. Besides that everything went was fine, so for a quick stop by it fits the bill

Will not pay ahead and stay there again

There was no phone service throughout the facility. Very dangerous for all guests. TV was not working. Could get anyone to come since there was no way to call the front desk.

Nice hotel friendly staff. Good location.

Had a hanging lamp over the bed that my husband hit his head on several times. TV didn't work plus no local channels. Temperature was hard to control not sure what was up with the thermostat?

I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet they ran out of coffee and the buffet looked like continental break at mot

we were charged extra for a late check out even though there were very little guest staying in the hotel

Clean, refreshing and friendly stay!

The property was very clean and updated. The front entrance was very welcoming and the staff was very friendly.

For the price of the room breakfast should have been included.

Would recommend people to stay here, is a nice location and in walking distance of many locations.

We enjoyed our stay. Our grandchildren loved the pool and hot tubes.

The bed was super comfortable. Our children/grandchildren were involved with softball tournaments and enjoyed the pool and lounge area to relax and chat with friends. We enjoyed the area for meeting new friends.

The lamps on the side of bed were too low from ceiling and I kept hitting my head when getting out of bed. Bathroom had a slight moldy smell around sink. The hotel is getting a remodel and these items will be remedied.

Nice accommodations in a great location.

Great location!! Near so many restaurants and shopping. Room was very spacious, and bed was quite comfortable. Room was also very clean, as would be expected.

The room was SO hot! The temperature consistently showed around 73 degrees, which we felt was lower than the temp actually was. I tried to put on the room fan from the thermostat, and even change it to "cool," and nothing helped. Sleeping was difficult because of how hot the room was. I travel with a small fan thankfully, and had to even use it in the bathroom while getting ready, because I was literally sweating putting on my makeup. Part of this issue may have been because the heat in the hallway outside our room must have been 85 degrees, and that is absolutely no exaggeration. We were on the 3rd floor.. and dreaded waiting for the elevator. I personally feel a hotel should offer coffee service to guests throughout the day; not just the morning hours. Especially in the winter. I was disappointed to not be able to grab a quick cup of (good) coffee at 2pm during my stay. (Not a fan of the room coffee makers)

Didn't stay as room type reserved was not available asked for balcony and it was not available.

Nothing, mgmt was rude and sitting at bar making comments about us because we were not able to have the room we reserved.

better trained management not willing to try to find a solution to appease customer.
