Horrible

I don’t like how there they charge you for 141.01 before getting there plus 200 deposit fee plus the full amount stay that’s way to much money for a place like this i should of just stayed at the casino Hotel with that price. Also they don’t release 141.01 right away they release the 200 but where is the rest of my money. Also the towels were dirty and i kept getting a phone call at 6am on Saturday and Sunday morning i didn’t ask for wake up calls on my vacation my opinion a horrible experience.

Clean & spacious rooms. Good comfortable stay. Good service

On arrival at room there were no towels On second day bed was not made & a dirt towel was left behind (not efficient housekeeping)

Everything! Room had garbage on floor, condoms on nightstand, breakfast was bread or waffle, no yogurt, or fruit. Kleenex box almost empty ….

We would stay there again.

Breakfast was fine. We were in town for a funeral so really only needed a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable and that was the most important thing for us. The staff that we had contact with were friendly.

it was alright - the price was comparable to the condition of the hotel

room was clean as far as bathroom etc, what you should expect

up keep wasn’t the best - upholstered chair in room looked dirty and old, worn, toilet handle broken, shelf in bathroom coming out of wall in need of some TLC

Everything was good. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and fresh. Decent breakfast was available. I found that the value was great for the price. The bathtub was very clean and comfortable to soak in.

Being right by the entrance while trying to sleep but I understand it’s because we got a room that was on a special rate and those rooms are in that area

The staff is very kind and very helpful.

This place was way too noisy. kids were always running and yelling throughout the hallways and the parents had no care.

Disappointing

Bed was very comfy! staff was friendly

Poor choice of breakfast, no eggs, no oatmeal, no sausages, nothing gluten free and no reply to email asking if they at least had gluten free oatmeal. Apples were out when way too long on counter. No elevator to 2nd floor. Bathroom door was broken and the bed had a large coffee stain on the sheet.

Overall good value for the money

The location was good- right off the highway. The staff were great and the rooms had everything you'd expect.

If I had one complaint it would be that the breakfast room was a little small for even a couple families at a time, but that being said, we were thankful to even get continental breakfast.

We have stayed in much worse.

The location was exactly what we wanted. We were away from the tourist trap area by the Casino, but within a 10 to 15 minute drive of everything we wanted to do. Hotel was clean and front desk staff friendly.

Biggest thing was the $200 security deposit for the room. Seemed excessive for such a plain room. While the room was clean, the bed was too soft. Also, the pillows were not the greatest. The TV only offered the regular cable and channel selection wasn't that great. Our room had a tub and a shower which we wanted, but when my wife went to take a bath there was no plug for the tub. We were able to get one from the desk but inconvenient.
