Overall a good experience.

Location and free breakfast

Air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to function at 100%. Room seemed stuffy.

Had my car keys stolen (at another location) and would have been nice if a shuttle service to-from the hospital, or within a 5 mile radius, was offered.

An excellent staff and clean bed linens kept this from being a big disappointment.,

Wonderful staff! Destiny could not have been any more professional or helpful. She ran it as if she owned it. Patsy was an excellent ambassador. Our group came in from a wedding party and as typical revealers, were a bit rowdy (not wild or out of line). Despite the late hour, Patsy was very diplomatic at protecting the integrity of her other guests’ stay while ensuring we were in safe and still enjoying our last time together. And both of these ladies on separate shifts seemed to be running the property alone - all the while having everything perfectly in hand. Various members of our group noted this throughout the weekend. Thank you Destiny and Patsy!

Hampton Inn is the go-to for most of us. Despite another property being closer to The Square we opted to stay here out of brand loyalty. No one had a bad experience to my knowledge, but all were disappointed in this property. Dated in general, stale rooms, very small breakfast area which didn't serve as the nice gathering space that each of us expected.

Confusing check in, but comfortable stay.

Room was comfortable and cold. While I did not get in the pool, my friends did and enjoyed it. Plus, the location was close to the highway and to everything we needed.

Only one elevator was working, which meant long wait times. Upon check in, the team member could not find my information, including the reservation/confirmation number. Finally, they found my booking as my names were listed wrong, which was confusing since I had a confirmation number and never had that issue before when using a booking website.

Painful!!!!!!

Cleanliness and location.

The bed was awful, it was like sleeping on asphalt. I consider sleeping in the car but I knew my husband would not allow me to do it. It has the potential to be a great hotel, but the mattresses needs a major upgrade.

Breakfast was good, check in was fine.

I wondered if there was a shred of myinsulation in the room. Noise from outside was terrible, when morning alarm went off in room next door, it was as loud as being in the same room. Air conditioner roared whenon and clanged when it cut off
