Happy that my request for a bathroom with a walk-in shower was honored.

It's location was terrific.
They don't have EV chargers unless you drive a Tesla. We picked this hotel specifically because it advertised electric chargers. It had one Tesla charger with no adapters. I had to drive to a fairly bad neighborhood a few miles away to charge my car. I spent four hours alone in that parking lot instead of enjoying my Seattle vacation with my family. Staff couldn't care less.

Clean. Convenient.

Our room was very spacious and quiet at night. #265. The hotel was in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. And I had a view of the top of the Space Needle. It was a good experience. A lot more pro's than con's.
The mattress on the Hide-a-bed wasn't comfortable for my daughter. It was mostly springs and no padding. Long walk to room. Parking seemed a bit high, at $30.

We were able to check in early and the location was ideal!
I wish the room had better lighting available

The hotel itself was OK considering the price paid
The staff were well below parr and in some cases downright rude and unhelpful.
The hotel has a complicated two tower system with the lift access to each tower only available on level three.
We got ourselves into the wrong area and thoroughly lost. The staff were totally unhelpful and in one case thought it was funny that I was on one side and my wife (with all the luggage) was stranded on the other. A disgusting display of lack of respect for the customer.
There was a fire alarm in the early hours of the morning and the staff were unhelpful even to the firemen. They refused to give the firemen the master keys and they threatened to start breaking down doors.
While the hotel itself was satisfactory, the staff were about the worst we have experienced on our trip so far.

Lage, Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal.
Frühstücksraum war sehr voll. Tische waren teilweise nicht sauber.

Loved how they they welcomed me with my name on the tv and I had a great view.
Shower curtain was a Lil short so water got on the floor to which I had to use more towels to clean it up which I didn't mind but felt bad for using more towels than usual.

Location is the best one
The hotel is very well located, being able to do everything by walking. It is a 10-minute walk from the Space Needle and Mopop Museum. The hotel is okay for 3 stars, when I visited it was renovating the walls in the hallway, so there was dirt from paint and leftover materials in the corridors. The bathroom was renovated, everything seemed to be new. You can see that it is a very old hotel that is being renovated. The cooling system is old, the doors and locking system are also very old. It's ok for a 3 star hotel and the location is excellent, but I wouldn't stay again. With another 50/80 dollars I would stay in a 4 star hotel.

My room was not clean, it has a damp smell and the carpet was very dirty. My comforter was also dirty.

There was no record of our reservation so we had to take the only available room because our flight was delayed.

Location was okay but on a noisy street. Some staff were friendly but was not managed well. Check in was a nightmare and did not get into suite until after 4:30 pm when was promised we would receive early check in after arriving very early in the day after disembarking cruise. Was told manger Kyle would contact us but never did. Very disappointing, recommend not using this hotel!!!
Customer service, comfort and quality!

Great breakfast available. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. A really nice touch to have my name on the tv as I walked in. Makes the guest feel very welcomed!
The lighting was not our favorite. My friend and I both preferred to get ready in the hallway of the room because the lighting was better. Other than that, we didn't have any major complaints at all.

The room was clean and spacious. Once we parked in the secure area we were able to walk or take public transit everywhere we wanted to go that weekend, super convenient! Loved the qfc right across the street, and the area felt safe and clean.
Parking spaces were a little tight, but being able to park in a secure garage was very reassuring.
6.0
The room was spacious and nicely equipped. We had a suite with a bedroom, a full kitchen, and a sitting / TV area. It would have been very comfortable if attention had been paid to detail and the room had been maintained.
Where to start. I really want to like this place: The staff are great and its location is outstanding if you want access to downtown Seattle. But it felt a lot like a cash cow that was being milked without reward: Our bathroom sink leaked, the bathroom door handle was so loose I worried it would fall out in my hand every time I turned the knob (yes, the screws had worked themselves out), and, oddly, the toilet ran from about 4AM to noon. It appeared to be tied to the city water pressure ...? And, because I drive an EV: They advertise themselves as providing EV charging, but there is only one charger. It has a Tesla adapter, so, if you don't drive a Tesla, bring a Tesla Tap or equivalent. The charger is in a space that is kind of small. I drive an EV6 and had a heck of a time pulling into it. Best of luck to all of you.

they supplied a shower chair for my elderly mother
beds were awful, the hotel smelled like wet dog and cigarettes, the window next to ours had 4 bullet holes in it and the food at the free breakfast had mold on it and when you mention it to a worker they didn’t do anything for a full 20mins just continued to let people eat moldy food

Clean and close to lots of things to do
Door from bedroom to bathroom was broken
