The hotel was good but there must be something better in the area.

Good breakfast choices and enjoyable free happy hour.

The AC didn’t work properly so I requested a change of room at 10:00 pm. After that everything was fine. The location is somewhat sketchy.

Compared to other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed in this one didn’t meet expectations.

The location was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious especially the oatmeal. I didn’t sit in the lovey area but it was really nice and had ample seating if you just wanted to sit w/ company and have a drink or just wanted to be out of the room doing work on your laptop.

Firstly, the location was pretty nice, fairly walkable and if I had no other choice it’s doable. Biggest complaint was how dimmed & lifeless the hotel look from the outside. The emblem “E” on the side wasn’t lite, the words in the front weren’t lite. Making it difficult to find especially if you arrive at night. The main entrance landscaping needs a complete overhaul! It’s was overgrown and block everything. Making it extremely difficult to get in and out. The parking lot lights weren’t bright enough neither. The pool was dingy and could use a good scrubbing, and super plain, lacking decor and any type of design. The room was okay. Curtain was ripped, the toilet paper had already been opened and used, the toilet is quite low and the Bathroom tile in the shower could use a good scrub.

the actual hotel was beautiful. And the hotel staff was friendly.

They need to do some updating. The rooms were dated. It’s a shame it is such a nice building but the owners need to put money back into the rooms and building. The building was a bit hot.

Disappointing - website misleading

Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The first room we were given had a strong order of cigarette smoke and air freshener. We requested a new room but it also had a strong musty odor. The room was not renovated as described on the website. Wallpaper torn, furniture dirty and ripped, dressers and wood furniture all had heavy wear and tear. Bathroom had mold along grout line and shower curtain was stained.

Good hotel but it’s starting to show signs of remodeling.

They have a nice common area to spend time. They offer free drinks and snacks from 5:30 til 7:00 pm.

The ac in my room was not working properly so I had to get all my belongings and move to another room because the room was very uncomfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is not nice and somewhat sketchy. What I have seen so far of OKC is NOT nice.

Outdated, over priced but friendly staff with good food and drinks

Haven't had breakfast yet but it's usually good. The complimentary drinks and snacks for happy hours is always nice.

For the price, it's very outdated. Also, the overwhelming cigarette smell in our room was off putting. My spouse has allergies and I would have NEVER asked for a smoking room. It was evident from the time we entered the room and the smell got stronger as the evening went on. We also requested a room on a high floor away from the elevator, that was only partially met.

Definitely recommend & will return!

Excellent food- hot, fresh, full service staff. Pics of lobby don't do it justice- loved the tranquility in an open space.

Beds were FIRM, but clean & lots of linen. Crib bed was ROCK HARD, but they gave us extra blankets etc.

Great stay in a perfect location for why we were in the area

The location was perfect for why we were in the area. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the rooms were perfect size for a family of 4. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the eating areas were clean and always had staff making sure it stayed that way. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had.

The beds were comfy.

We had no towels & our bathroom was dirty. I had to clean it myself. I requested more towels but didn't get them until the next day. We couldn't even bathe. The table between the beds had some kind of suckered stuck to it. It was disgusting. I shouldn't have been charged for my 1st night. Totally unacceptable.

Embassy Suites, aka homeless shelter

Close proximity to airport.

The dirty condition of the floors, carpet ,tables , fitness center, bedding with stains and bed bugs, Also, we had water leaking from our assigned hotel room ceiling. Another problem is that the homeless are coming off the street and contaminating the morning breakfast food area, atrium chairs, air quality, and lobby bathrooms. The hotel is located near marijuana dispensary business. Zombie like homeless people are walking around hotel parking lot. I found this hotel to be not sanitary at all. I am sure the person at the hotel who responds to the review will have the typical response like :we apologize, state they will tell housekeeping, and building maintenance. These conditions did not just happen overnight. I hope this review is read by a potential guest and choses a more sanitary and safer hotel.

Great place to spend a week

The breakfast was awesome, I especially enjoyed the Managers reception. There was a mix up on rooms but the front desk staff fixed it quickly.
